Purchased a lifetime warranty from this Jensens for my Nixon watch battery like 2 years ago. Went in today to have the battery changed out because it was dead and they basically refused to honor that purchase. They did not have the tool to open the back of the watch and did not offer any customer service such as offering to fix my watch later when they got the tool and ship it to me. Instead they told me they couldn't do anything and said go to Twin Falls Jensen Jewlers instead.... like wow. Such terrible service. My advice is don't buy anything from this place because they are not going to honor any warranties or protections you pay for. They are going to rob you of your money and then suggest you go to another store to have your problems solved. Terrible experience.

I have to give credit where credit is due. Shawna is hands down the best. I asked for simple and classy and she delivered is spectacular fashion. I never had to leave work, she sent pictures, drove to me twice picked the perfect ring that my new fiancée said she couldn't have picked a better one herself. I can't say enough how wonderful and painless this purchase was. The quality of the ring is absolutely stunning. The process was perfect so was the rest of the night. Something I was stressed about for a while became stress free instantly. I highly recommend going to Shawna!!!!!!!

I've been shopping around and this store is by far the best jewelers in the area. Ask for the older employees. They know the business and are truly looking to be honest with you and the price of things. The younger gentlemen was more of a 'salesman' and tried a dishonorable move to make a buck. The merchandise is top-notch and the variety of styles was impressive.

I bought a watch on Amazon and it arrived damaged and needed links removed. Gladis was very kind and helpful and removed the links but then also went out of her way to fix the broken pin, and did not charge me for her extra time. This felt like a very professional business run the way my hometown jewelers were run as a kid - excellent service and knowledge professionals. Highly recommend you take advantage of their amazing service and expertise.
