Gave a puzzle as a gift. The person already had that one so they tried to go exchange it. It is unopened. They refused without a receipt. So the person made a 2nd trip, got a bank statement and showed them the purchase. The neanderthal store manager still refused. So due to their low IQ they get 1 star.

I bought a toy that was broken when i opened the box. Owner refused to refund or offer store credit without a receipt. His reason was he would have to pay for it. I’m sure my $20 purchase would make him go bankrupt if he ate the cost. Lesson learned. I’ll never be back.

Black friday sale said 40% off on harry potter game but when got to the register employee argued it was a different game around 7:30pm older man. I said well I want to buy the one the sale is for ias it is the only reason I chose the harry potter section. Could not locate the supposed sale game did not sell it to me it did not exist said probably sold out but no empty shelves all the same games as a week before when I bought from the exact same section. Will no longer be promoting this store. False advertisement lying is the worst thing a business can do. I have spent money at this store yearly I will now buy from amazon terrible customer service.

Not an actual store in the mall, just a medium sized kiosk in the middle of the walkway. You won't be able to miss it, it's on the lower level near vans and american eagle. Large selection of calendars. Dogs, cats, women, cars even random trivia!

Terrible store my daughter was looking at a nerf gun and an employee said that's for boys and showed her the my little pony section. Disgracful

Great selection of Pop Vinyl and other collectible toys. Clean, wide isles, right across from GameStop so if your chasing that elusive figure check here.

Junk products, junk store. My MIL bought my kids some walkie talkies while visiting. They did not work, which is apparently common based on product reviews online. Took them back and store said direct exchange only, so my wife spent 20 minutes looking for something else the kids would like. Then store said they would not exchange without the debit card used in the purchase (which we don't have, since my MIL bought them). At least they threw the walkie talkies away so we didn't have to do it at home. Skip a step, throw your money away rather than dealing with this business.
