They really need a more versatile collection. They'll have like 2-3 brands in every style, and 0 of other brands. Update 11/25 : changing my review from 3 stars to 1 star. I went in twice last week. The first time the store was a mess, the cashier told me she had sold 2 left shoes to several people, there were brands on display and none in boxes, they didn't have any shoe in size 9, the clerk said come back a few days later and when I did the manager was flat out rude because she had "300 boxes in the back that need to get sorted" and told me to buy shoes online instead. Which I did. I won't be shopping at this location again. If you can't hire and train staff, close down. I saw 4 different staff members walking around, or sitting at the counter. They could have atleast picked up stuff that was out of place.

Shopped here 2 x. Same experience. Couldn't locate my account to apply my points or redeem. Shoe's wore out in 30 days. RBX. Staff not helpful.

Horrible customer service. The guy at the register was SO rude!! I asked that since the shoe I was buy was scuffed up because it was the display model, if I could get a discount. He told me that if I didn't want scuffed up shoes that these leather boots weren't the shoes for me, then proceeds to dig his fingernail into the toe of the boot to prove that they scuff. Was not impressed with the arrogance of this man.

Walked in with zero expectations, walked out with a pair of cute boots in size 12W. It's very difficult to find shoes in my size, and I am so glad I stopped in here. The CSR was also very helpful and kind.

First time here, they seem to really have their stuff together. Shelves are obviously being stocked regularly, staff is friendly and attentive, they offer help without being too pushy. Robert helped me and my fiancée both order shoes to be shipped to our house because our sizes were out of stock. The shoes were on sale and the sale price was honored even for delivery. The staff were very friendly with each other as well, seems like a healthy work environment. This will definitely be the place I go for shoes from now on! Did I mention their awesome clearance section?

Jonathan in sales was efficient and friendly. The Shoe Dept needs a better inventory or management department to handle the onslaught of customers needing new shoes to go back to work. Overall a positive experience.

Clean store, a lot of great brands (Merrells, Columbia, Nike etc.) We went in for hiking shoes and found what we were looking for at great prices compared to other stores in the mall for the same thing. It was clean, no boxes or stray shoes all over the place... the girls that were working were very helpful! Just dont go in with Large bills. Apparently they cant break them.

I walked into this store a week after buying a pair of dress shoes wanting to exchange them. The manager was very rude and told me once I wear them I can't return them. I wanted to return them because they were falling apart and I only wore them for work which was less than 4 times. The customer service is rude and there return policy is outragious. I will never shop here again they don't stand behind their products. If I could rate them less than one star I would. Just don't shop here.

I purchased a pair of shoelaces from the Shoe Department for a pair of dress shoes. The laces frayed and broke within a month (of regular wear). When I went in to talk to them, the employee I spoke with was very rude and told me I should "learn to keep my receipts." She reluctantly gave me another pair of shoelaces. She had quite an attitude and did not want to give me her name; told me it was Brenda. This is the second instance of unprofessional service I have received at the Shoe Department, and I will not be returning. Watch out for this business, their shady practices, and their rude employees.
