I made an appointment for installing my own brakes just requesting labor again reminding them when I dropped off the car. They proceeded to install their own brakes charging me for another set. And they couldn’t even remember to change the oil. Service: Brakes

Not to mention I needed my car to be taken care of quickly which they delivered. Props to the team at Jiffy Lube South Burlington! After an unpleasant and unhelpful visit to the local Honda dealer in South Burlington, Wes, Caleb, and the team at Jiffy Lube were able to change out the alternator on my Honda Odyssey in record time and at a very competitive price. Immediately after completing the repair, I needed to get on the road for a same day, 400 mile drive. Given my need for quick service, I was extremely pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of service. I got out of work early at around 4:30 and decided to see if it might not be too late to get my A136 scheduled maintenance on my Honda Pilot. These guys got my car right in, mind you they close at 6 so I didn't have high hopes, and got all of the work done in just over an hour. I've never received such fast professional service. They provided some good honest recommendations that saved me a good amount of money as well. I'll be taking my car to this Jiffy Lube every time in the future. Thanks guys! I had never been here before but needed an oil change. I called the day before and was very impressed with the phone manners. I only had to wait a few minutes when I drove in and found Ryan and his team to be incredibly polite, respectful, and helpful. They explained everything, offered options, and were incredibly gracious the whole time. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them. I was a little concerned about the price, I thought it was a bit high for an oil change but it has been a while. All in all, a huge thank you and kudos to Ryan and his team.
