The best tech dept in the area, bar none from computer building to trouble shooting and tuning. For those complaining about prices, just buy your mb, gpu, and cpu on the internet like most people do. If you want expert assembly, bring your stuff with you to VGH- and their prices are good enough for the quality odds n ends that are necessary to complete a build, or make an emergency repair.

Jerry's Auto Repair purchased our new server from VGH. After re-installing our software we found that the new server is running 5X times (or more) faster than our previous server. It's a monster! :>)

Bought a used pc a long while back and it has worked like a charm. Cable management isn't my strong suit so it was great to see it was assembled perfectly without any additional surcharges. The employees are great at what they do both behind-doors and at the storefront. Wish I could leave a better review.

Crooks! I took my phone to VGH they said that they had taken it apart (ie..took the screen off and looked at it) and nothing was fixable so I just had to get a new phone replacement from them for $500. I said screw that and took it to a different place here in Pullman and the guy said that they didn’t even take the screen off to even look. That the adhesive was still intact. They were just lying to me. The new guy said it was an easy battery fix and he’s doing it for $180!

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Apple booked an appointment for me at this place and they wouldn’t even take one second to look at my laptop when I had an appointment set up there that they had confirmed and they have time to look at it as there was no customers in their shop and the employees were just standing around. Apple told me it could be easily fixed in store, but the workers here wouldn’t even listen to me or put any effort into helping me.

FRAUD. WASTE OF MONEY. If you want to pay 3x repair cost and get fake branded parts, this is your ONLY option. I took my MacBook for a battery issue, initially they charged $45 to start working on it, then they called and said it will cost $550 plus tax to replace the battery after 1 week. Thinking that this is the only so called Authorized Apple service provider (Big Mistake), I decided to go ahead with the repair. One week later they called to pick up with almost $700 bill (Initial $45, battery + labor $550 + extra time spent on inspection). In about 3 weeks my MacBook completely stopped working and I found out (Different service provider) that the new battery wasn't genuine Apple product. I called them and mentioned the issue, asked for a refund and the store manager started using Vulgar language. PLEASE do not waste your time and money on this fraud provider. It was a nightmare working with them. I hope VGH Computer service goes out of business and close that store for good. Update: I got the battery replaced from a different service provider for $217 (with tax and installation cost) with warranty and within 3 days. The battery installed by VGH was not only fake Apple product but it was also poorly installed with a bump in the bottom of my Mac. The Response from the owner is actually from the Store manager, the one who was yelling (in the store) and using vulgar language on the phone. Obviously my review is fake for exposing their FRAUD service, counterfeit products and unqualified technicians. If they are authorized by Apple, then why would they charge for just running diagnostics and take 2 weeks to get back. Also this Store manager a.k.a owner, did took the trouble to reply to this fake review (according to him) but he didn't bother to reply to other 1 star reviews and address their concern? Sounds like the owner himself is fake. Please read the reviews from other users and you will find out for yourself, the real truth if this review doesn't help. If you won't learn from other people's mistake, you definitely learn from yours. Please avoid this FAKE service provider.

They charged me $130.00+ for not fixing my computer... This is the first time someone charges me for NOT doing his/her job. The justification for this price was that it took them 12 hours (yes, 12 hours!!!) to realize that they didn't know what they were doing... I guess they would charge you $2,000.00 to clean your toilet because it would take them like 60 hours or so... maybe more

I've been shopping here for 25+ years. Great guys and consistent service. They have repair PS2s, Computer gear and I've bought games, systems and more over the years. Now as a business owner, it really helps to have a store that just has what you need without having to wait for online ordering to come through. Had an urgent repair that needed to be done and they had all the parts I needed.

Been here several times for Apple warranty claims and accessories. Once for a laptop and once for AirPods, both times they were taken care of perfectly. The guys are friendly and laid back.

One of the worst tech and costumer service experiences I've ever had. Brought my laptop in with a slightly broken case. Was refused a quote of any kind from the front desk. When I picked it up, I was charge an extra due to them breaking the video and needing to repair it. This is after I had already been informed I would not be charged for extra time because they were only waiting for glue to dry. I was never once informed that my computer had been damaged more by them until pick up. I recommend you go anywhere but here. Update: after opening and using my computer for the first time after this visit, I found that my USB ports no longer worked. VGH did give me a partial refund after I called to info them. I still would not recommend them for any repairs.
