Great storage facility. Very clean. Maybe a little overpriced. You have to provide your own lock. My issue is with the management. Welcome home is very irritating to deal with. Their customer service sucks. All the ladies working in there are rude and don’t give you the time of day. ~Ashley

I went to this store twice in the past few days and I received excellent service. On my first visit I went to pick out a new phone and Kirk helped me out. I was worried someone might try to upsell me very hard, but Kirk did not do that. In fact, Kirk helped me save a lot of money on the phone I wanted and was immensely helpful and professional, even while juggling 2 other customers. Once my phone arrived in the mail, I returned to the store to have the SIM card moved and to buy some accessories. Monica helped me on my second trip. Monica expertly replaced my SIM card, applied my new screen protector for me, and gave me some useful information about the accessories I purchased. She was very helpful and professional. If those two are around to help you, then I recommend going to this store for assistance. ~John

Jerry's Auto Repair purchased our new server from VGH. After re-installing our software we found that the new server is running 5X times (or more) faster than our previous server. It's a monster! :>) ~Jerry

Went into this store requesting a business quote and nobody asked if I owned a business. They just went straight to a personal account that didn’t even offer the hotspot that I asked about. Then on top of it. The lady that helped me. I think her name was Anna. Just smelt so bad of beer. I thought it was a joke and just left. Myself and my business would rather pay more if it means people are going to take what I tell them and recommend what’s going to help me and somewhere that’s wayyy more professional.
