I've never been able to relax my mind enough to do yoga... this is the first time I've been here or even done hot yoga, and it was amazing! I'm hooked! It's exactly what I needed mentally, spiritually and physically. I recommend 1000% the teacher knows your stuff and is great at assisting those unsure on what to do. It's a great atmosphere. The perfect place whether you already have a yoga practice or you are just starting out. The instructors are great. I went to Angel’s class the other day and she was wonderful. The instructor Cathie is a favorite of mine. I needed to make some changes to my account so I emailed them. The regional sales manager Cassie helped me and she was so nice.

I have been a yogi for years. This is not yoga, its just another corporate, greedy, fitness chain that will screw you out of your money and can't even provide more than 1 flow.

I was invited for my first Hot Yoga experience and actually it was my first yoga experience ever. I was definitely intimidated by the fitness level and skill of the others but Isabel made me feel comfortable knowing I would need to do some adjustments. I didn’t feel pressured to bend like a pretzel on my first day. I’m excited to go back. Thanks for a great workout.

I’ve have been going to hot yoga for 6 years now! Love it so much. Angel has been the exclusive 6 am teacher for years now and she is the best. Consistent and always a great experience. Thank you for having a studio in Nampa :)

I had my first class today with Holly and it was INCREDIBLE! I had so much fun. I certainly was not perfect but to embrace your body, stay present and go for it that’s what life is all about. Love, love, love this class. I wish I lived here still to continue classes with her but she inspired me to sign up where I live and keep doing it! Thanks Holly!! ❤️

This place is amazing. All of the instructors are incredible, special shout out to Cathy. She actually helps me to improve my form and I genuinely feel she has a teaching heart. The environment is welcoming and they offer some great walk-in specials for people looking to try it out.
