I've been going to Noelle's yin class for a little over 6 months now, and I love it. The studio is lovely and humble, and the teachers are great.

Sandpoint Hot Yoga (SHY) is a fantastic studio. I have been practicing there for a few years. The instructors are knowledgable, encouraging and very interested in helping you in your yoga journey. The studio offers so many class options, warm or hot. Shy is a studio that I will continue to attend. I am a lifer!!!! I definitely recommend SHY regardless of the level of your practice.

Wonderful folks, incredibly talented teachers, and a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. SHY offers so many types of classes from vinyasa to bikram, and fusion to restorative classes. They offer hot classes along with warm classes, to appeal to ALL ability types. Whether you are brand new to yoga (as I was when I first came to SHY), or you have been a yogi for life looking for instructors that will push you to that next level, SHY is the place to practice! These instructors are the best in the area. You will not find teachers more dedicated to the happiness and growth of their yogis than these folks. Five stars all the way!!

I have been attending Nicole Murray’s vinyasa classes for years and I absolutely love the experience she provides. Her practice focuses on the breath and creating an engaging flow between the mind and the body. She does this in a way that pushes you to be better and I always leave happier than when I arrived.

SHY is my home away from home. I have taught and taken classes here since Kerri opened her doors 10 years ago. I love surrounding myself with friends and regulars... and meeting the new people that are here for a brief vacation and need a yoga break. I feel so fortunate for this studio!!

Starting a yoga practice can be an intimidating journey, but the instructors at Sandpoint Hot Yoga have created such a welcoming and inclusive space that encouraged me to keep practicing and growing. Highly recommend!

You won't regret taking a single class at SHY! They've got kind and knowledgable instructors that will both push you and provide space for a laugh in the studio whether you are a new or returning yogi. The studio is warm and welcoming and a great place to get a sweaty stretch on! I can't recommend them enough!

Stopped in to check this place out since I heard so much about it. I am new to hot Yoga. From the minute I walked in the door they made me feel comfortable and explained the different classes they offer. Once in class the instructor, Julie Pitre, will help you with knowing what to do. She makes you feel comfortable if you don't know the poses or can't do them. She lets you know that it takes time, but to stick to it. If you can't do what everyone else is, you're asked to at least stay in the class and just sit or lay down. I have always been one to lift weights and do cardio. I can say I love this and have found a new passion. Quite impressed! I suggest you stop by and check this place out.
