I made an appointment. When I arrived on time, they were ready on time. This was a repair not a replace appointment and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Their prices are very fair and the workmanship as always is superb. ( I take several cars to Melody Muffler.) The only problem with being a right priced quality leader is that they are always busy so you should make an appointment.

Amazing experience. Daughter's exhaust pipe fell off as she pulled into school parking lot. She drove it straight to melody muffler, before end of day he had it fixed for her and for $45. Most honest and all around best shop. Thanks for the great service.

You know that moment when your older car that you love is showing 5 vague issues you can't quite troubleshoot? I was thinking throttle electrics, transmission failure, catalytic converter issues, and looking for a coolant leak all at once. I happened to be under my car for a suspension fix and noticed the tail pipe had rusted clean off at the muffler and asked these guys to patch it. Once under there, they heard a noise I'd gotten used to long ago: leaking manifold. They put a new gasket in and voila! 1. Much softer noise on starting and driving (feels like I'm flying compared to before) 2. Shifts much easier because the sensors get the correct data 3. Better gas mileage 4. No more hot floors 5. Intermittent check engine light is now OFF 6. Stable coolant level Instead of spending hundreds to have a mechanic troubleshoot all the items, do a visual of your exhaust and bring your car in here!! I drove home with a giant smile on my face!
