After being told by the tenth Ave auto one that they did not carry what I was looking for I came to the Cleveland store and Ana was extremely helpful and even told me that all auto zones sell the oil filter I was looking for. Will return highly recommend!!

Not a very friendly environment to walk into. Half to wander the store and find some to help me locate the correct wiper blades. I was told by two employees that they couldn’t help me and I needed to get someone else. I got the right blades and the cashier stumbled through the transaction as he was to preoccupied talking and BSing with another coworker.

The staff have been great with helping me solve my engine light and each problem that comes up. They're knowledgeable with the codes, solutions, explanations, and even went out of their way to show me where to find the parts on my car and how to replace them. When I picked up the wrong part from another store, they fixed it ASAP and got me what I needed. I'm still repairing other small things, but my car has been running much better, especially after I cleaned the throttle (it's an old car from an auction). They've saved me a lot of money in the process. Thank you Jazzversa, George, and Caleb!
