I had a great experience at the O'Reilly store on Chinden. I needed a piece for my trailer. Not only did they help me find the right part, the manager helped me install it. I was so impressed with their customer service and going above and beyond to help me.

Great Experience. I had my battery tested and installed in less than 20 minutes. The attendant who helped me (Gonzalo) was knowledgeable and professional.

Went into this establishment on Monday evening with a friend to get turn signal bulbs,the guy that helped us sold us the wrong bulbs for starters and then when we returned,you could tell he had been drinking while working,you could smell it on him badly.... called the next morning to report him and got laughed at by the manager,ended up calling corporate and reporting both of them

There was 1 guy working at this store , he was awesome. He helped 4 or 5 people and me ( check eng) he come out with the reader even tho it was just him. A++ wish I would have gotten his name

The kids that work here are really nice and helpful. They seem to know there stuff, especially for their age.

I took my daughter's car in to O'Reillys because of a check engine light and I was hoping they could tell me the code. Randall was the associate who helped me. He was able to diagnose the problem which was a super easy fix. I then told him that her A/C wasn't blowing cold and I asked how hard would it be to fix it. My daughter just drives with the windows down in 100 degree weather to get some air since her ac blows hot. Randall was able to use a reader to tell me her freon was low. He told me if I bought the bottle he'd fill her ac with it. It was 6.99 and her car has nice cold ac again. Randall was extremely helpful and I really appreciate all his help. Thank you for being awesome Randall!!

Whole staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Recently purchased an old car so I have been in here a lot picking up parts to get it running. I have always been greeted when I come in, and the staff is always there to help. Store is clean and well stocked.
