Best car battery store in Caldwell, Idaho (ID) 2024

Jose was incredibly helpful! He helped me in selecting the correct lights for my Dodge 3500. Also, he helped me with battery life extending cushions and installed them! I will never shop at another auto parts store! Thanks for the outstanding customer service and the help! ~LeAnn

I went in to buy an oil filter for my 2001 Toyota Highlander and the lady who helped me told me that they do not sell Toyota products. Even though I had the item pulled up on my phone showing that it was in stock she was not willing to look for it at all. My dad even called to make sure it was in stock and they told him they carried it but was not willing to look for me when I arrived. None of the employees were wearing name tags so I was not able to get his employees name. I will not step foot into this store again until they can figure out how to help a customer out even when the customer has proof. ~Cathryn
