*UPDATE* After 2years of storing with them and paying monthly on time consistently, I have found that my stored items are constantly covered in a thick layer of dirt that I am worried could be damaging. When I notified the Manager and Owner niether were willing to find a way to fix the problem, and instead told me it was normal for storage units to be this way. Upon asking for the door to be checked for repairs as a possible solution to the dirt problem, I'm told that if a repair person comes out and determines no repairs are needed I will be responsible for that bill. I have been treated very rudely by both the Manager and Owner at this point for bringing up this problem and asking for a solution. At this point I am having to badger for any kind of response and being told that if I am unhappy I can move to another storage place. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed, I had thought I found a company that genuinely cares about their customers but unfortunately I was wrong. But given that open storage units are hard to find right now I am stuck in a rock and a hard place.
