*UPDATE* After 2years of storing with them and paying monthly on time consistently, I have found that my stored items are constantly covered in a thick layer of dirt that I am worried could be damaging. When I notified the Manager and Owner niether were willing to find a way to fix the problem, and instead told me it was normal for storage units to be this way. Upon asking for the door to be checked for repairs as a possible solution to the dirt problem, I'm told that if a repair person comes out and determines no repairs are needed I will be responsible for that bill. I have been treated very rudely by both the Manager and Owner at this point for bringing up this problem and asking for a solution. At this point I am having to badger for any kind of response and being told that if I am unhappy I can move to another storage place. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed, I had thought I found a company that genuinely cares about their customers but unfortunately I was wrong. But given that open storage units are hard to find right now I am stuck in a rock and a hard place. Michele the manager is an awesome help! The price is phenomenal compared to other places! Very happy with the service! Thanks for all you do!

I would only give this place 2 stars if it weren't for Michele who works in the office. The place is run down and looks horrible. I would have moved across the road to the brand new units for just a couple dollars more...but I like Michele and think she could do wonders for the place if only more funds were provided to her for supplies/help needed to clean it up and maintain it on a monthly basis. I have had storage here since it first opened and been through 3 owners....sad to think it's been so neglected over the last couple years. It may have been in way better shape had Michele started a couple years back😁

Michelle is great to work with for our several units. I am almost always paying a week later than due and never get hassled about it. She knows I will make my payment every month without fail. Im very happy with my experience thru easy access storage and with my service thru michelle.

We have been renting a fairly large unit (20x10) since August 2019 and we've never had any issues with either the management (Michele has been helpful every time we've interacted), site access (gate/code always works well), or our unit (no break-ins, water issues, or pest issues (that we're aware of). We chose them because, after searching all of the area surrounding Caldwell, they had the best rate of everyone we spoke with, and gave more space for the rate! They are also super accessible from the freeway. Our large unit is great because it has access from two opposite sides of the unit (2 separate doors, which are plenty large enough to maneuver large furniture through without fuss)--and we can park our vehicle right next to either door without having to walk far or enter into hallways. We will continue with Easy Access (Hwy 44, Caldwell) as long as we need storage space, and we will recommend them to anyone else that is looking for a place as well.

We went into the office looking for information on the storage units and Michele immediately showed us a list of the sizes and prices...the prices are actually posted in view for the customer to see and read.along with the military discount...the units are very clean and well taken care of.....pay for 1st.month.. get 2nd month free..sign up for direct withdrawal and receive $5.oo off...the units are easily accessible by vehicles..trucks pulling a utility trailer and the exit route is easy to follow..The gate is secured at all times unless you have rented a unit..We ended up renting a 2nd unit in Nampa, Idaho from the same company because of the great prices ..customer service and through Michele was able to rent a large unit over there.. she took us out to show us the 2 sizes which we are glad she did ..and it has 2 entry ways ..front and back.very large doors for just about anything you would want to store.... as we ended up renting the larger one ..If you are looking to rent affordable units for your storage needs we would recommend that you call Easy Access Storage first and go see their units.they are below the Sinclair gas station side of the highway. And below the intersection of Old Highway 30 and 44...the office parking lot is right off of Highway 44..

First time I called, talked to someone to find out prices. They are very reasonable. Didn't set up a time to come in at that time because I was still calling around to other places to compare. After that initial contact, never got hold of anyone at Easy Access Storage. I left two to three messages on their answering machine that were never returned. Emailed at least twice with no response. Stopped by twice at different times in the day on different days and no one was on site. Tried to contact other locations with no luck. Would have liked to rented from them. Very reasonable priced. Just couldn't get hold of anyone to rent a unit.

Ashley and Chase have been so helpful! When looking for a storage unit while we’re in between moves, I immediately thought of Ashley. Her responsiveness and customer service is superb! Chase was able to help over the phone too, and they were both so friendly. When we needed another unit at the 11th hour, they were able to help. I’m one satisfied and extremely impressed customer!

I came in during hours and was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Chase. Was looking for some potential rv parking and a small unit. I asked if I could look around and he showed me the way. I have to say I’ve visited many units trying to find the right one and this was by far the cleanest facility!! Maintenance was on point! We then got to talking about pricing and it’s also the cheapest prices I’ve found! I will defiantly be back to store my things here. I love that you can make your own password to get in. Staff was incredible & friendly, very clean facility, and reasonable fair prices!

I stored most of my belongings for approximately 6 months at access storage in Caldwell on Middleton Road. I really enjoyed the contacts I had with the manager and management in Nampa. I always knew my belongings were safe there. Thank you for the reasonable rates. Does simplicity of auto pay online was a benefit.

I've been renting storage here for over a year and am appreciative of the people and ease getting into and out of the storage facility. No leaking roof either. I also rented previously at their Sawgrass Facility in Nampa and was happy there too.
