I was anticipating some sort of issue, but honestly Robert made the process virtually painless. I appreciated his thoroughness in explaining the new plan and setting expectations.

Horrible service. Nobody at that store can help you and be honest about it. The manager doesn't give a s*** hung up on me and I was civil to him I spoke in a very calm voice and let him know he lost a client no goodbye no nothing just hung up, needless to say I will not be going back there and I don't recommend that anybody go there.

Don’t bother Coming to this store. These people will do the minimal possible to help you and try to find ways out of helping you. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing and have a very unwelcoming vibe. I needed to get my apple watch line paired back with my main phone line under my family plan but because I’m not an authorized user on the account, they weren’t willing to do anything. They were very dismissive about it and just seemed very confused when I tried explaining any of the details of my obstacle to them. Last time I was in here 6 months ago when I first wanted to set up the watch’s line to be paired to my main phone line, the guys working at this store went above and beyond to make the changes for me. They called customer care line and cooperated with them to get the needed change on the line. They went through 40 minutes of trying to figure out the problem I’m having once again. These people working here today are way too incompetent to try anything with, they don’t care and will do anything they can to try to find a way out of it and refer you to call the customer line yourself. Just go to a different store.

Absolute pathetic customer service at this store with staff who possess little or no product knowledge. Waited for nearly 45 min whilst they tried to figure out my requirements only to be told they couldn’t help me due to technical problems. Keep in mind that there was still over 2 hours left before the close of business but it was obvious that the staff would rather sit and get paid to do little or nothing. I will spend my money elsewhere !!

Just found my go-to T- mobile store! Donna, the manager, was amazing in helping me with a work cell phone account, where I didn't know much of the info, but she figured it out. She needed to add an extra line to my personal account, but kept the price low, didn't pressure me into an upgrade. Because of that, I'll be back and buy a smart watch from this store once I tried them out and chose the model. Customer for life - because of Donna's rare client service skills.

This store has helped me so much. I recently had Verizon and they helped me lower my bill and get home internet. The assistant manager, Donna, did an amazing job. Her counterpart Angie was also amazing. I have never received before in my life. They deserve a raise.

Customer service is Zero in this store. I wish i can put 0 star here. Employees here have no idea about their Tmobile prices and said their prepaid services are down. When i showed the price i got online is lower and different. They were like" what ??? We dont know about that, but this is our price! A lady named Donna over there was not helpful and not friendly. Walked out and went to AT&T next store and signed up with them because were helpful and much better in customer service.
