Just found my go-to T- mobile store! Donna, the manager, was amazing in helping me with a work cell phone account, where I didn't know much of the info, but she figured it out. She needed to add an extra line to my personal account, but kept the price low, didn't pressure me into an upgrade. Because of that, I'll be back and buy a smart watch from this store once I tried them out and chose the model. Customer for life - because of Donna's rare client service skills. ~A
