I brought my iPad 6th generation in to see if they could fix the non functioning WiFi . Was grayed out and would no longer turn on. This is an older (2018) iPad so I had to weigh the costs against buying a new one. Their estimate seemed worthwhile to me so I let them have it after paying an initial diagnostics charge. They explained that if they had to replace the WiFi chip there was some risk of complete irreversible failure. It was no good to me the way it was so I authorized the surgical repair. Ultimately a new WiFi chip was needed and they somehow performed this delicate procedure in their shop. Well, the good news is that they were successful and my old iPad is as good as new. Furthermore, the work was done according to their estimate and was completed in the time promised. This shop gets an A+ from me!

I wanted to sell my iPhone but got excuses when I came back. The offer to buy was $100. First I got deducted $10 for no sim card. then he wanted to deduct more if the account was still on there. then he wanted to test it overnight and I have to come back. I said forget it. I recommend go to the Apple store and not get the runaround. Waste of my time.

Beware most of these reviews are for a $5 dollar discount before you’ve ever use the product. went and got my screen repaired, they didn’t warn you before hand that your iPhone will show you alerts for two weeks telling you the screen is not and authorized part The touch on the screen is not the same as a iPhone screen and the quality of the screen is substantially less, it will break much easier as happened to me within one week of the new screen and the phone was not dropped. I went back to the store and they offered no help or discount on a replacement screen Better off just going and getting a factory screen from Apple which worked out much better.

This is a good place. I cracked the screen on my old iPad, brought it in and they turned it around in a couple hours. I got home and the repair wasn't exactly perfect, so I brought it back. Without question, they fixed the issue and had it back to me the next day. I was so pleased with the service that I brought two more very old iPads in for repair. For less than the price of 1 refurbished iPad, they revived 3 that had been sitting around collecting dust for years. It's good to know these guys are around. Very nice tech repair shop.

This is my go-to iPhone repair shop! After shopping around to find the best place, I selected them and have never been disappointed. They are honest and fair. They do excellent work for the best price in town. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Abel for restoring my completely shattered iPhone (front and back)! Looks as good as new!

Absolutely five star! I use my phone for work and was in a desperate situation. I was quoted 48 hours by UBreakifix for the repair and they quoted me 3-5 business days for the parts. Who can be without a phone for that long, especially for work? Abel was outstanding with the quality of work and speed. Highly highly recommended, top notch service and speed. About an hour and it was done. Thank you Abel!

This is the second time that I have been to AZ iPhone repair for service and I am satisfied once again. Both times could have been stressful as they were during COVID and I have two young kids. The first time was b/c my screen was broken, and this time apparently my screen was broken again- but for a different reason- the screen was dark. Fortunately, they did not charge me the second time because of their 3 month warrant on service. This made me very happy indeed.
