I want to publicly thank Stephanie. My 24 year old son just lost his dad suddenly and tragically 2 days ago and was dealing with a fraud transaction that kept locking up his debit card. I also had a transaction that turned out more complicated than expected. She was so very kind, knowledgeable and efficient through the whole ordeal. Thank you! My savings account was hacked the week before Thanksgiving. It was a Saturday evening when I noticed someone had been in my account. I called the number on the back of my debit card. The man I spoke with did not speak good English & was annoyed that I kept asking him to repeat himself. He also gave me incorrect information as to how the case would proceed but put a hold on my account & told me I could open a new account on Monday . That Monday I went to the local branch who advised me I could not open another account until the fraud Dept released my money which could take 10 days & I could not withdraw any money without the fraud Dept allowing it. The banker Tasha called the fraud Dept & we waited on hold for over an hour to get someone to release funds. Now here I am a week later waiting again at the bank over an hour for the fraud Dept to answer so I can get more funds as the investigation has not been completed yet & I have to pay bills so I need bank checks also. THIS IS ABSURD!!!!! I cannot believe The Key staff has to wait on hold so long & that have to wait up to 10 days for an investigation to be completed before I get my money & have been given so much misinformation . When this is done I’m taking my money OUT OF KEY & going to a bank with better ratings as Keys rating is 2.1

Went in today to open a new account when I arrived there was no other customers in the building. I stated I needed to open a new account and was informed that they had no one available to help me and I needed to return in about 3 days to open my account. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.after I noticed one employee in a cubicle on her cell phone that could have easily helped me with banking but just couldn't seem to be bothered. This is not a good experience for a new customer. Sad sad sad not only is my banking going somewhere else but my in-laws will be banking somewhere else as well

I was completely upset with my experience this morning when contacting the bank. I was having an issue with my account being in the negative and the teller laughed at my issue. She legit LAUGHED THROUGH THE PHONE about something I did not understand. So unprofessional i will never contact this location again. Making your customers feel stupid, is low. Really low.

We had a bad experience a little over two weeks ago to the point where we even had to contact the corporate office in Ohio ...we were assured the issue would be resolved and someone would be in touch no one EVER followed up with us ...not going to say the bank itself is bad just going to say stay clear of Spencer who works out of the Augusta and Auburn office he obviously only has making money on his mind and will misguide you to make it!

I am in dire need of a loan of some kind after buying a home with cash, but my credit score was hit hard when I applied for a mortgage from two companies. I was approved for $30,000 mortgage from two different banks, but decided to buy the home in cash. I explained my situation to them and they convinced me to stop by and apply for a home equity line of credit and a personal loan. They did not give me anything at all. Not even a small loan. All they did was pound my credit score down even further. Horrible people. Don't bank here. I have one negative thing on my credit report which I am disputing. Other than that all loans I ever took out were paid in full on time. What they did to me today could actually kill me. I have no heating system in my home. Without a loan I could possible die and them hitting my score might stop me from getting one. Attempted Murder.
