Papaya is a hip store that house everything juniors and teens need to stay looking their most attractive (reminds me of my high school days). Very cute fabrics, colors, and patterns with different ensembles suited for every occasion.

Cute clothes. Mostly short tops and shorts but some dresses and cover ups. Reasonable prices. My daughter got 4 tops and 2 bottoms for $85

I love this store! I already both a lot of summer dresses and clothes from them and so far they are one of my favorites. The only thing that I do not like is you can not get your money when you return an item. They will give you a store credit for refund. They will tell you anyway at the checkout. So far I kept all the clothes that I bought from them!

Worst customer service and policies ever. I was just in trying to exchange a pair of pants that I received as a gift...they told me i needed to either have gift receipt or know exactly when it was purchased and the transaction total. (Mind you all tags are still on them and i kept the other items she gave me). She called her manager on the phone and when i had said i was pretty sure they would have been purchased at the Westshore mall I was told i needed to take them there. I left the pants on the counter as they are completely useless to me and I now know I will never shop nor accept any gifts from this company again.

Sale associate Oria was extremely rude and more interested in chatting with her coworker than helping customers. Only 1 associate was actually doing her job. It's the 3rd time I have visited this store in the last month and I usually just get ignore until I have to pay.

I purchased a top for my wife, I went to return it and get a new one one size larger, and what does the mgr tell me? Well sir it has a yellow tag you can't return it, or exchange it, I said where does it say I can't return it, so she shows me a small placard f2f I've feet away from the sale register and typed in letter an quarter of an inch high. I said miss all I want to do is exchange it or get something else, and she said too bad.when I asked for her district my rd phone number she said why, and the wrote something you couldn't read. It to me twenty minutes to find a valid phone number and I have called it about forty times and it's always busy. Please please don't waste your money and time at this place especially the store at the Brandon Mall, so now I'll call American Express and they'll take the money back for me.

The store was dirty and employees weren't friendly at all. No air conditioning in the store one of the employees said it's been broken for five months now and nobody has fixed it. The fitting rooms were a mess. They should really consider closing this store is so dirty and no air conditioning makes it worse. Consider going to another Papaya location and skip this joke of a store.
