Where do I begin we came to this store because my boyfriend's phone was broke and they filed a claim under the warranty however they claimed it as physical damage which was not true it was not charging and when we went to a different T-Mobile they fix the phone and clean the charger port fixed or didn't even attempt to fix the problem they made the problem worse

Terrible service, disgusting attitude. I came in with an issue that I understood was complicated for them and could not resolve, fine. What I could not understand was from the beginning the manager could not even look me in the eye, did not take me seriously, and other employees would ask me questions just to interrupt me and walk away. I was polite since the second I got there, and only after their continued lack of professionalism and rudeness to I begin to speak in a more blunt manner. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I understand the customer isn't always right, but the way I was looked at and talked to made it obvious that they didn't care about me or my problem and just wanted me to leave, of course once they offered that I buy a NEW phone and NEW plan with them. The manager truly showed an awful attitude. Gross.

I went in to see about getting a new phone. I knew I would have to pay off the lease and was willing to. The worker told me I would be better of selling my phone instead of showing me what they have. If this is the way TMobile trains employees I will go to Verizon. Sprint actually had great customer service and it's why I stayed with them for the last 20 years.

This is the best t mobile! What makes it the best is the people that work there. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Dejanee, Fernando and Jeffery and one other guy I forgot his name are awesome ! When I got my new phone it was taking a long time to do the update and the mall was almost closing instead of Dejanee and Fernando telling me to come back tomorrow they stayed and finished the update for me. They are awesome! Thank you!

Ryan was very unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate him trying to include himself in another employees sale. I explained my situation and Ryan came up asking what problems(literally none) and presenting other issues. He made me want to leave right away because of his energy and I’ll make sure not to recommend this location to friends because of the manager. Tre and John were helpful at least

These guys were great. I had a terrible experience at The store on raintree and The 101 (a non corporate store) and these guys fixed it. Do not go to a t Mobile that isnt corporate, especially The one on 101 and raintree.
