Tmobile is Scam artist. Say theyre switching out a LG for a free phone because LG doesnt work then turns around and charges you full price after the lg they charged you for took a shot because lg doesnt update and crashed

went in to buy a new phone , the guy that attended me seemed off, I went in looking to purchase the iPhone 13 since my phone had gotten wet the night before, the guy insisted I was unable to purchase the phone bc my ID was expired? Any many other excuses?.. went to the T-Mobile on 51st ave and Indian school within 30 min of walking in I had purchased the iPhone13 with no problems, even the lady at the t mobile said the guy was probably just being lazy and my ID was not even expired :/

Lalo was an amazing worker! He was very attentive from greeting me through the door till I was done making my purchase and walking out the door. Made sure all my options so I got to chose what was best for me. Would recommend him over anybody! And shout-out to the GIRL manager on duty for constantly checking up on me and other customers to see if there was anything else she can do to make our experience better and also cleaning the store to making sure the store was very clean. THIS STORE HAS MY FUTURE BUSINESS HERE.

This location has great customer service reps. Isabell Flores helped me when I purchased my apple watch 6 series. Isabell made sure all my questions were answered and made sure I was taken care of. She was super patient answering all my questions and had amazing customer service. Because of this rep I will continue to go to this location to make any future purchases. and to any family and friends I know, I always send on over to this location.

Carlos was just amazing went to do a couple things like activate a sim card see about getting a new screen protector and case replacement. helped me fill that out and streamlined the process. and joaquin also made sure i was comfortable while carlos ran to the back overall these two were very helpful.
