I wish it was possible to give this place a lower rating than a one star. I took my sisters shopping there the other day and while I was there I head four employees watching me to nake I didn't steal. Then after making the purchase, we left. I was then followed by one of the employees, per request of the manager on duty that night, because he felt I put something in my bag... I'm disgusted and I will be filling a complaint. ~Lauren

I went in the store and purchased 4 gallons of water and other household items. I started for the door with the cart and was informed it will not go outside. I asked how am I supposed to get everything to my car. The young lady said she will help me. Great customer service!! Thank you so much!! ~chiquita

Store was a mess, clothes and shoes all over and nothing in it's place ... worst Ross in NC !!!!!!!!! And not just once in a while - it's constantly like this .. no other location is this bad ! ~Portia

The most impressive thing to me was the welcoming attitude as soon as I entered the store. I felt the employees were genuinely glad that I was there and were very interested in helping me. I was also impressed with the knowledge and expertise that the sales person had about the different shoes that I tried on and how she helped find the perfect shoe for my needs. The products are excellent, but I found the service to be exceptional! ~Dennis

Clean store and their clearance items are in the back near the garden stuff. I was very surprised how empty the milk and egg isles were but they still had the items. Overall everyone who works there is friendly. The self check out lanes are faster if you don’t mind doing your own check outs. ~Felipa
