Alex fitted me for a new pair of running shoes. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He was able to explain all the different options to me and listened to my running style and recommended something based on that as well as my foot scans. I was very happy with my experience!

From start to finish, Fleet Feet Winston was amazing. Chase was patient and helpful in finding the perfect shoe for me. The customized analysis of your feet/gate was fascinating and something I can now always reference. We didn’t have to wait long for help in the store and they also disinfect their scanners before each use. Thank you from a beginner runner!

What a wonderful place! I scheduled a Fit appointment with no idea really what to expect. As soon as I walked in the store, I was warmly greeted and introduced to my Fit expert. They scan your feet and your gait, then give you alllll the info about your feet. Hadrian was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to ask & listen to my goals as well as my wishes for my shoes….and then kept at it until we found the perfect fit. I am so excited about my new shoes and so thankful for this Fit experience & the above and beyond quality of customer service Hadrian provided.

Another great experience at Fleet Feet today! I'm always impressed with their expertise and the time they spend with each customer. They use scanners to assess your feet and the way you walk. Jonathan was very helpful and didn't try to oversell me. He even added some advice about some problems I'm having with my feet. We tried some new styles but I ended up with my go to shoe- Brooks Ghost.

The most impressive thing to me was the welcoming attitude as soon as I entered the store. I felt the employees were genuinely glad that I was there and were very interested in helping me. I was also impressed with the knowledge and expertise that the sales person had about the different shoes that I tried on and how she helped find the perfect shoe for my needs. The products are excellent, but I found the service to be exceptional!

Not the average shoe store. From the moment my husband and I walked in… something was different. We were immediately greeted and paired up with an employee. We thought they would just point us in the direction of the shoes we thought we wanted. They were not there to push products but rather to assess our individual needs in a shoe for work and an everyday shoe. Chase was a great help in finding what “fit” our need! Very satisfied and can already feel the difference in our feet & even our backs!

Went in for a pair of Hoka's. I had never worn them before. Was served by two wonderful associates, Carol Ann and Kevin! They were awesome in getting me properly fitted with shoes, the right inserts, and some amazing socks! Fleet Feet you are lucky to have these two amazing people working with you! Hannah did a fantastic job helping me find the perfect pair of shoes. I was in desperate need of an upgrade and she took the time to analyze and find the right shoe for me. She has a wonderful personality - very bubbly and made the process seamless. Couldn’t believe she’s only been at the Stratford location for only two months! The technology used at Fleet Feet is great- who knew there was so much science behind finding the proper shoe! Will definitely be going back for my future replacements.

Feet Fleet is my go to store for everything sneaker related. The service is excellent and the associates are extremely knowledgeable. They do a foot analysis to ensure you are in the right size and product. Definitely recommend.

Great shoes, excellent, knowledgeable service people who all look like they wear store products every day. High tech sizing tool and wear analyzer are cool, but it's what the staff knows that sells me. Product quality is excellent, I don't think there's a single product that could be described as cheap. The store layout is very nice...the aisles are wide, there's lots of empty floor space. Overall a very good experience.
