Store was a mess, clothes and shoes all over and nothing in it's place ... worst Ross in NC !!!!!!!!! And not just once in a while - it's constantly like this .. no other location is this bad !

Wouldn't exchange a pair of shoes even though I had the receipt but not the tag off the shoe. Don't think I'll be shopping here again.

Light issue which was spooky. I didn't find anything shirt wise or pants/shorts for size 14-16 girls. Just terrible

There's limited selections but that seems to be the case at any Ross in recent months. The store is clean, well organized, and employs friendly staff.

A variety of items to include kitchen ware, clothing, baby items, toys, purses, shoes, candy, perfume, beauty items and more. There is not a lot stocked, but they do have unique items that you can't get at Walmart. However the pricing is not always the most reasonable either. I did find this treasure - tree canvas. I usually don't get anything, but enjoy looking.

I came in here to buy a rug for my living room. I get to the register and Tina is just pointing to the rug and doesn't say anything then very rudely says "I am trying to tell you I need to take the alarm tag off" Of course by then I am upset and say "How am I supposed to know if you are not saying anything you are just pointing". She gives me my receipt and says by the way the buggy WILL not go out the door then smirks. She clearly saw my one year old was in the buggy as well, with the carpet that is very long. I have been to this store before and I have observed how she talks to people and more so Hispanics in a disgusting tone. People like her make me realize how miserable some people are in their lives.

Love the prices. Always can find a great deal on clothes. I like to shop for my daughter and son there. Plus the random variety of home goods, shoes and anything else is always a plus...never know what kind of gem you may find.

The employee named Tina has a horrible attitude and is lazy. She told me I could not return my items because there was not a tag but I did have my receipt that she refused to take. I had to get another employee to take my returns because she did not feel like doing her job. If one do not enjoy their job… apply for a new one! I do not recommend to shop here unless she is NOT your cashier.

Everytime I come here they leave the security tags on my clothes. I've gotten in the habit of checking my own clothes before I leave so I do not get home with security tags. They have decent prices. I do wish they were more organized and had spacious racks.
