Absolutely WONDERFUL experience. The LPN Amy was amazing. We had some issues with my escreen for a vaccine and she patiently got everything straightened out. Couldn't have asked for better service from her!

Listed as a walk-in clinic but when I showed up during the morning, there were no available times for during the day as indicated by the kiosk. Apparently you can make appointments which takes away from the concept of a walk-in clinic. I drove thirty minutes out of my way to go here and couldn't be helped that day. There also was no one available to speak to, which I understand that they may be busy. There should be more signs indicating that a person should go to the kiosk, because someone cut in front of me as I was waiting at the register for help. Very frustrating.

I seen for low grade fever after having the moderna shot a week later covid test quick test come back negative done a urine culture 3 days later Amanda the nurse practitioner told me it was the wrong medicine she has ordered me more. Would highly recommend Amanda and Tammy the one that took the test was very sweet too. Thank you to both

Donna Heburn NP and assistant were very helpful and efficient at diagnosing and treating my wife. Especially since we are "snow-birds" and not from this area! We highly recommend Minute Clinic for great, quick care! Thank you all!

I had an appointment this morning at 9:00 am. No one showed up to work. I left at 9:30 while the CVS manager was calling to find out who was supposed to work. Terrible customer service.

I’ve been to the ER twice and Patients First in the past month for various emergency health issues. After seeing all those doctors and being treated as if I was not important during critical issues, I just visited CVS Minute Clinic just for a simple ear infection and sinus infection. I was treated after thorough questions and talking about my previous issues. I have never felt so comfortable speaking with a medical professional as I was at CVS. The physician I saw was compassionate, understanding, down to earth, knowledgeable, and over all just easy to talk to. I was the last patient of the day and he didn’t even look at the clock. (Two patients were ahead of me and I only waited 20 minutes, and he still accepted me 10 minutes until closing. I didn’t feel rushed and actually ended up being in there later than their “hours of operation”. Since the pharmacy is right there, my prescriptions were ready within 20 minutes so I was able to shop around for my cold supplies while I waited. I will definitely return to this location for this type of treatment.

Great place to be seen in a weekend when not many other choices. The nurse practitioner was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
