The staff was amazing. Front desk greeted me right away and checked me in very quickly. Kevin took care of me and I felt comfortable throughout my whole visit! I was in a lot of pain and discomfort, Kevin really calmed me down and talked me through everything he was doing! Thank you guys so much after a week I’m feeling amazing!

Love it here. It’s often hard to get an appointment for my son and I take him to Carespot and it’s a breeze. The front office and Medical Assistant is always so helpful and nice. It’s like they’re my family and they even make my 6year old comfortable. I took him there on a Friday and the service was so good, I took my dad there 2 days later because my son spread his little germs at his house. Carespot in Tamarac is amazing, highly recommend!!!

Overall experience was not too bad, over the phone the receptionist was polite and listened to me carefully. However when you see a doctor who barely makes the connection with the patience (my experience) you leave feeling the same way as you walked in. I wish I wasn't sharing this post, but I got quite a few emails asking for my feedback and here I am. The place is convenient, clean a nd accessible.

The staff was considerate. They took extra efforts to accommodate me even though I was a walk in. I accidentally lost my meds only needed 1 day to finish treatment and they called it in at my request. Again above and beyond this is the only urgent care I will ever use.

I was able to set up an appointment online. Got there and was called in quickly. The staff was all helpful and I was in and out quickly. They called in my prescription to my pharmacist. Very good experience.

I visited Care Spot last week after experiencing an allergic reaction. I made my appointment online and was able to get one in just a few hours. I have been to this urgent Care several times in the past and have always had a good experience. When I walked in I was greeted by a young lady that always seems to remember me and my family and is always very helpful. I was brought back within 10-15mins. The PA that attended to me was super friendly and personable. I felt like I got great care and the facility was clean and quiet. Will definitely go again if needed. I wish I was better at remembering names because everyone I encountered provided great service and deserve acknowledgment.

I have been using CareSpot for little emergencies that does not warrant a visit to the emergency room. Front desk is always efficient and wait time reasonable. I also love the fact that I have access to a doctor which is not always available at some Urgent Care. Love too the fact that they spend the time to explain their findings, and ensures that your are aware of the follow-up you may need.

The staff is friendly. However why make an appointment if you still have to wait past your time. I went in for a pre employment drug screen. Completed one part and had to come back days later because they had no one to do a BAT test. Which to me was inconvenient however it got done. The location of the facility is convenient.

Made a 5pm appt online for 8/13/22, was seen a few minutes later. They email x-rays to offsite evaluation center, receive diagnosis within a hour. I went home, they called with results. They submitted the prescription to my pharmacy. Pharmacy text me the next morning ready for pick up. Fantastic process and was about 1/2 the price of my general physician.
