Today 11-25-2022 the front desk lady at this MD location working the night shift was very rude and Condescending. I was in a recent motorcycle accident in the Bahamas and was recently treated at this location to remove stitches from my head. I called back today to make sure I can see a PA for a follow up. The lady who answered was sounded like she didn’t want to even answer the phone. She refused to allow me to speak to the PA who treated me. She was very rude telling me they do not service patients from motor vehicles accidents. I told her I was treated at that office two weeks ago and THEY knew I was in a motorcycle accident…. She than tells me to call back Monday to speak to a manager. I requested her name so I can report her to management and corporate, she refused and hung up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is not my first time at this location I've had wonderful experiences with other Physicians. The visit this time was other than satisfactory I came in and was taken back to the room by the medical assistant. Dr. Samuel Becker entered the room with a bland demeanor almost as if seeing me was going to be an issue. I began to describe my signs of symptoms for the complaint. Dr. Samuel Becker has no compassion and he does not listen to the patients concerns and deliberately ignores the patients subjective signs and stands on what he believes objectively is the problem. I described my issue to Dr.Samuel Becker and he proceeded to recommend over-the-counter products and which I have advised him that I have already taken which are not working. I then proceeded to ask him if there was anything that he could prescribe that would alleviate my symptoms. Dr. Samuel Becker then asked me what I wanted him to prescribe to me as if I was the physician writing the script in a very sarcastic manner. To me, it appears that he was just refusing to prescribe anything and proceeded to tell me that he can give me a treatment plan. When I asked about the treatment plan he could not provide me any information in regards to what that would entail. In fact, by me asking about a treatment plan he told me that I was "angry" because I was asking him questions. As a patient I have the right to ask about a treatment plan and for the physician to educate me on what they recommend which Dr. Samuel Becker clearly refused. My asking of questions seemed to offend him as he believed he had all the knowledge. I also brought up another concern and Dr. Becker proceeded to tell me I can write you a script to quote “poop in a cup” but I don't think you will need it. He starts taking my vitals and precedes to tell me all your vitals are good you're alive. As someone in the medical field that is terrible language to use to patient. His overall tone and demeanor throughout the visit was sarcastic, rude and I'm led to believe very racially driven. I am not sure if he treats his caucasian patients in the same manner but the the treatment that I received was deplorable.I can only imagine if I had come into Urgent Care vomiting blood I'm pretty sure this Dr. Samuel Becker would have looked at me and said oh nothing is wrong with you. Overall Dr. Samuel Becker should not be practicing or employed with MD Now and has no professionalism when providing care. Dr. Samuel Becker cannot adequately receive subjective information being given when patients describing their issues to come up with treatment. I left as a Dr. Samuel Becker was unable to come up with a “treatment plan” and I was not going to be subject to that level of disrespect and advised Dr. Samuel Becker that I would be filing a formal complaint in regards to the service. When I asked him for his name he refused only provided a last name. When I asked about who owns the practice or who I need to direct my complaint to he said "there's a business card right there". There was no service provided from Dr. Samuel Becker besides as nasty experience with no treatment.

I was sceptical after reading all recent reviews, however, received very good and professional service starting from receptionist to nurse/doctor staff. Very nice and caring people, which is harder and harder to find nowadays. Keep up good Work, guys. Many thanks.

i came here around 11 and I wait till 1 something, still nobody come. There was a old lady before me and I thought I was next but no just because that man is doing a test so he go first. I was having a bad diarrhea and throwing up. My stomach hurts really bad, and the nurse came check my blood pressure and left and told me that the doc will be here shortly, and I waited 30 minutes still no one is here. Service is absolutely bad.

I really do not like writing bad reviews, but it helps people understand what they are getting into. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this location. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful all throughout the process. I was not feeling well and wanted to do a check up to make sure nothing was wrong. The assistant called me by the wrong name and did not even greet me at all. From there I knew this was going to end well and I was not having it. I can’t stress this enough IF you DO NOT like your job find another one. You are in a health field to care for others please have compassion and express your sympathy for those you are caring for. She seemed bothered and kept persisting on finding out what I wanted them to do for me after I explained my symptoms/concerns. After the lady left I waited on the doctor for 40 minutes and the doctor still did not show up. I had to leave because I could not stay and again they need improvement on service.

This place it not a urgent care. I been waiting over 3 hrs. Prescription never sent to the pharmacy. I call the Dr. office twice never answered. I put one star to the review but could be 0 stars. Should be it like this?Poor service when this “urgent care” does not give good options towards patient needs? If it’s an urgent care it has to be urgent, right? This clinic does not live up to its name.

This was a positive experience. I’m from out of town and my PPO recommended an urgent care facility. The front office staff was friendly and greeted me as I came in. My paper work was processed efficiently. The nurse was helpful and completed my chart in a timely manner. Dr Becker was thorough and explained my options and made recommendations for my ongoing care. They were busy but the nurse checked in to update me as needed.

I got off work early to be seen at this location for an urgent matter a worker there already gave me the side eye when I walked in. I didn’t know the location would be closing at 4pm. As I’m explain my situation to the African American woman at the front counter the lady she intervened and says well sorry we are closing in 10 min. I’ve been a patient at MD now cypress and previous I have NEVER been so hurt or encountered a scenario where I was turned away for care. So she walks to the back and on the left she’s explaining to a supervisor or someone that I’m making a scene saying that I’m priority and that it doesn’t matter if they are closing or not. I politely took my things and exit MD now urgent care. I will be definitely escalating the issue further because basically my health wasn’t important with insurance. I then called the number they gave me for escalations somebody by the name of Jesus customer service rep was assisting me he didn’t even care to hear my problem or even empathize with me all he said was at the discretion of the location they are able to run it according to Covid policy. And didn’t give any confirmation or assurance he escalated the issue.
