I absolutely love this store ! this store has improved so much since they have a new management team! Store is so nice and neat you can actually walk in the store and find what you need. Kudos to 9840 Ferguson!

As soon as I walked in the manager I suppose upon reading reviews kept following me as I was looking for my needs. She was literally following me as if I was going to steal something. Soo after I had already walked half of the store As she was following me I asked her for what I was looking for. She had the audacity to tell me “no we don’t have that “ and complained to the other big dude sitting down she said “did she really just ask me “ … I’m confused isn’t their job to assist ? not follow paying people around the store or sit while the store is empty and dirty. Does corporate not care about these stores ? Because upon reading reviews I’m not the only one that has had a negative experience with the same individuals how can they still be their

Just left this store and it's a mess. The music the girl was playing had every other word cursing and certainly not family music! It was blasting through out. There were kids under 10 in the store. What happened to elevator music ? Anyway. That's just my opinion.

Normally the employees here are very nice and most are. Lately the older lady,manager I think has had a very rude attitude everytime I come in there. Don't know if she has had a bad day or upset because people steal here all the time. I am not a rude person and think when you are an employee of a establishment,you have to drop what is going on in your life at the door. People should feel welcome when shopping at any store. Think I will go to another store in our neighborhood next time. Sad because this is the closest to our home. Please think about how you treat others! Well I am editing this again,because I made the mistake of going back in the store and was basically shunned by this lady. I don't understand why this lady picks people to be rude to. Guess she does not like me and I have done nothing to her. This is not how you treat customers. I am not a rude person,polite to everyone,even when they are rude to me. Not to happy with this family dollar. She is even rude to her employees.I would quit if she was my manager.

Store was very clean and organized. Staff was friendly. Found what I needed and a couple extras. The only thing I was disappointed in was the eyeshadow palette I was looking at was damaged, I tried to find another but that one was damaged as well. Other than that I'm definitely going to make a few more visits to this location.

The clean store was stocked neatly Employees were delightful and pleasant I do hope they restock the $1 five pack of Reeces Pieces stuffed inside a traditional Reeces cup. Divine Apparently I'm not the only one who discovered the greatest candy in ages It's just one of many values within the aisles

Store is very clean and all shelves are recoveres with the exception of Clearance rack (which is expected ). However employees should be trained when your purchase is made by debit card, cash is the method of refund. If return is made after a week or more Family Dollar by then has already debited your card. Why should it go back to my debit card which forces me to wait 7-10 business days on MY MONEY??

Fast, friendly service with great selection of items for all occasions. Crowded parking lot most days. Smack dab in the middle of a great shopping center.
