If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. There is no reason I had to sit in my car for almost an hr to wait for only 5 packs of Gatorade. Meanwhile there is 1001 employees sitting at the door looking like they are lost. If I put in a order for me to come pick up I want to be able to pull up and pick up not pull up and chill for a hr. I had to get out my car and walk up to the door after being there for hr then they brought my things to the car. Don’t not text me and tell me my pick up order is ready if it’s not. I waisted a hr of my life that I’ll never get back. Thanks Walmart on Samuel Blvd

Went in for a few items. The selection is not good these days, and the prices are astronomical. I had to pay $6.12 for eighteen eggs. Who does this? The shelves are not well stocked, and finding help is nearly impossible. This store has undergone a renovation recently, and while it does look better, the overall service seems to have suffered. The new self checkout machines have problems, and it can be hard to find a working one. In addition, they do not have enough employees to help customers who have problems with the machines. One has to wait several minutes before someone will come and help, and oftentimes, one must chase down the employee when needing help.

I like that the store is clean and it's easy for me to get in and out of. I also like that there's plenty of parking I'm not really one to stress over not being able to park so close to entrances I'm okay with a little walk. Reason for three stars though is every time I come to this establishment, I can't seem to find medium sized coffee filters. Plenty of the small ones but not the medium sized ones and yes I did see the cone ones however my Mr coffee machine does not require those.

This Walmart is the worst one I have ever been too, I will drive the extra time to go to another Walmart instead of this one. They’re rude, they don’t know how to treat customers or service animals, they always have lines where you wait forever to even checkout(they literally have like maybe 3 registers going). Security is a freaking joke there as well. Hope this helps future shoppers. Now I get why the parking lot is pretty empty all the time.

It's basically 80 percent self checkout now. I think now they have more people watching you like you're a thief than they did checking. Every tool is locked behind glass cabinets and not just the expensive ones, all of them. It's ridiculous. The whole experience is depressing.,

Bathrooms absolutely filthy and they have several movies in the $5 bin that don't ring up for $5. I understand the occasional one, but all the ones we attempted to get just seems like they hadn't discounted them in the system yet at all. Very inconvenient for customers when you have to have employees run to the back to price check a $5 movie. How do you even do that? Dig thru the bin and look for similar titles? 😐

They have ALOT OF SECURITY, which implies a high theft store. Overall the staff was extremely supportive and welcoming, the cleanliness of the store was exceptional. Due to all the security it felt like I was at BIG T or something. Understanding that you gotta do what you gotta do, I was gonna rate 3 but decided to rate 4 because the customer service was ON POINT

Ironically, its extremely crowded for a store that doesn't have anything you need. The store is clearly prejudiced as they believe anyone who is there is there solely for the purpose of theft. And with all the cops, cameras and profiling, you would think they would have a handle on it. But between the glass panes that are literally hanging off of the shelves that are supposed to be keeping people out and the blatant stuffing of bags and baby strollers and self checkout theft, they seem to be more for show than anything else. The employees are pretty much there for decoration so don't expect any assistance. God forbid they do their jobs, right? So in a store where you need to have everything handed to you, by employees who are pretty much mentally checked out and don't help while surrounded by people who either also need help or are just thieves, you find yourself in an endless loop of incompetence and frustration. Shopping at Target from now on.

OMG….I haven’t been to this Walmart in years, and I see why! Still ghetto hood , shelves half empty and not the cleanest! I will only come to this Walmart when it’s a die hard emergency!
