I did not like this Target at first. 1 STAR. It took forever to bring out my drive up orders. They finished construction on a huge drive up parking lot recently. It’s so much quicker now. Good job Target.

I visited the Dallas/Plano area and stopped at this Target to pick up some essentials and food. I purchased two croissant sandwiches by the Good & Gather brand (egg salad and rotisserie chicken salad) from their grab-and-go lunch area. The egg salad sandwich had a dead fly in it. 🤦🏻♀️ I’m not sure where these items are packaged, but Target may want to consider looking into the cleanliness of their food prep environments, quality control measures, etc.

In the past, it has been a good place to shop, but wth?! They've apparently outfitted their shopping carts with anti-theft devices and a wheel locks pretty much immediately after leaving the store. Kid and a cart full of groceries? Wheels lock up in the middle of the driving path in front of the store. Had to pick up the kid and carry him to my car (abandoning groceries!) And take two more trips between the cart and my car. Couldn't even back the cart to the sidewalk. And you can't just switch -- the next one does the same thing. It's the most insane anti-customer thing I've encountered. Frankly unsafe. Also, most of the parking lot (all the space closest to the store) is under construction for some reason.

Used to be a nice Target, it has gone downhill lately. Very rude and Anti-customer oriented employees! I went in there yesterday (5/14/22), and as I was walking around the fresh veggie area by the deli, this fat guy employee pushing a large cart of stuff completely ignores me, SHOVES this huge freeking cart of stuff LITERALLY right in front of me, then WALKS OFF!!! Another employee had a big push cart of empty boxes of product he apparently just put on the shelves, which customers were trying to get to, but the cart was BLOCKING the aisle and the shelves.......and he just WALKS OFF to go stand around and talk to another employee instead of moving the damned cart out of the way!! As I was walking towards the exit from the front aisle of the store, one tall, skinny black girl employee came BARGING out of one of the doors (office door?) up front, ALMOST HIT ME, CUT ME OFF and BLOCKED ME, instead of LOOKING WHERE THE HELL SHE WAS GOING!!! Like the Target on Park and Dallas Parkway, this Target has been going ghetto for some time now. Obviously they can't be bothered to hire decent people or train them. On top of this, they claim to have products listed on their website carried in the store, which is a HUGE LIE!!! Save yourself a migraine and go to a different Target. This ones going ghetto fast!!!

Speaking as a former team member, this target location felt like I was working in hell. Richie treats everyone like slaves. His fake smile is transparent. He will hide behind counters to watch you doing your job. He once threatened my job if I didn’t persuade enough target credit card sales. Treat team members like human beings and not toys to be used at your disposal. I have never been happier to leave a job. Target is a great company, but the management at this location is not worth your time.

Found lots of goodies and a very nice Manager, who spoiled me rotten. Thank you! Update: Target keeps on impressing me. This time I ran around the Grocery Department buying snacks and drinks for a birthday party. By the time I got to the checkout counter I could barely move…I have severe back problems. Clara, a super Target employee, placed all of my items on the counter, checked me out, and filled my bags. I also got a nice cold surprise. Andrew walked me out to my car and unpacked the cart. What a nice polite young man.
