Overall great customer service. It’s nice to see a lot of young people working. Brittany had awesome customer service. She was very nice and attentive. However; the other young lady Ebonie was very rude and had a horrible attitude. She acted as if helping me was bothering her. I’m so glad that Brittany came along. Shopping here is always a pleasure except for this time. ~sandy

Where is the 0 stars button??? Called to inquire about an upcoming release. Female answered, very unprofessional. Didn't get her name but she seemed as if she did not want to be at work. I informed her about my situation and my brief conversation with customer service, the associate replied "ok, what you want". I sat in disbelief for a few seconds but decided not to get mad. I asked my question and got in return an answer that had nothing to do with my question and was told to call customer service. Seems like over the last few years of shopping with Jimmy jazz I've had horrible service and overall bad experience. In conclusion I nor anyone who know me will never shop with Jimmy jazz ever again. ~B

I did not like this Target at first. 1 STAR. It took forever to bring out my drive up orders. They finished construction on a huge drive up parking lot recently. It’s so much quicker now. Good job Target. ~Kierra

Girl working at 12 o’clock 6/14/2022 never greeted us or said a word. Until another lady came in and had a full smile and greeted her. It was a race thing. Period. She said she didn’t care to greet us and today was her last day so she really doesn’t care. She said her name was “Christina” but she wouldn’t say because she doesn’t care and her last day was today so talk to whoever we want too. ~P

Great location, the shoe attendant was super friendly and speedy in getting some sizes we asked for. The selection was great and the store is neatly organized. The entire visit was excellent. ~Emanuel
