Just wanted to give a shout out to Jonathan at the Dallas Galleria store. He was super helpful assisting me with locating a running shoe at another store. Typically, I have an acceptable experience at this particular DICK’s, but today, a sales rep named Tony really embodied the first name of the store. What I thought would be a simple exchange of chair the manufacturer told me to return to the store, turned into Tony telling me that “they will accept the exchange, but the manufacturer does not tell them what to do! The name on the store is not GCI…. That’s not what it says out front.” His comment was completely unnecessary, especially since dude was accepting the exchange anyway. IDK, chalk it up to a bad day? Maybe. Just watch out for this guy!

Greeted at the door by a polite gentleman. A young lady helped me find what I was looking for (water shoes so I don't shred my feet on the bottom of the pool). The selection was small, but I was able to get " close enough" to make it work. Good store visit.

Always a pleasure going in one of those. So much stuff, so much variety. Didn't ask for any customer service since I didn't need any but I definitely enjoyed the store.
