I am very disappointed with Peloton. I had such high hopes for this company and really wanted to like them. My salesperson at Northpark was great when dealing with us, but I cannot say the same about anything else. They delivered my bike and treadmill one day, and the bike was completely wobbly and the treadmill would not even turn on. Also the pedal broke off when cycling with minimal use (the person on it was 125 pounds) and I had to buy a replacement and screw the new one in. I called the company, and after 1.5 hours on the phone with them, they finally agreed to bring a replacement treadmill 2 weeks later on November 19. When that date came, the delivery guys took the top portion of the treadmill off and there it was. The wiring was cut and frayed, and covered up with electric tape. The previous delivery guys either knew it was broken, or did it on purpose and continued to set it up knowing it would never work, and that we would have to call for a replacement. When the second set of delivery guys came, they replaced the top portion of our treadmill only, and left the old bottom part. When I spoke with Peloton on the phone afterwards, they said that they were supposed to replace the entire treadmill, not only half of it. Afterwards when they set it up, they left and I proceeded to attempt to install the program and continue. When I followed the instructions on the screen, I noticed that both panels on the side of the treadmill were coming off and was missing a screw, and that the belt was not aligned. I called Peloton once again to get the delivery guys to come back and they said they would come in 30 minutes but never returned. After spending thousands on these machines, and being on the phone for hours just to receive basic customer service, I’ve decided that I’m returning all of my Peloton products. I would not wish this stressful situation on anyone. ~Hibaq
