Overall great customer service. It’s nice to see a lot of young people working. Brittany had awesome customer service. She was very nice and attentive. However; the other young lady Ebonie was very rude and had a horrible attitude. She acted as if helping me was bothering her. I’m so glad that Brittany came along. Shopping here is always a pleasure except for this time. ~sandy

Where is the 0 stars button??? Called to inquire about an upcoming release. Female answered, very unprofessional. Didn't get her name but she seemed as if she did not want to be at work. I informed her about my situation and my brief conversation with customer service, the associate replied "ok, what you want". I sat in disbelief for a few seconds but decided not to get mad. I asked my question and got in return an answer that had nothing to do with my question and was told to call customer service. Seems like over the last few years of shopping with Jimmy jazz I've had horrible service and overall bad experience. In conclusion I nor anyone who know me will never shop with Jimmy jazz ever again. ~B

Don't waste your time or gas as the store hours on Google do not match their actual hours. Drove over 30 minutes when the store shows closing at 7. Pulled up at 6:15 and they close. Say they closed on Sunday on Google but they said their open from 1 to 6. Good luck ~Brittany

I had a great shopping experience today thanks to the Ms. Yolanda and the rest of the staff at the Wheatland Towne Crossing location. Their customer service is A1! Plus, they have an excellent selection of clothing and accessories. ~Tracy

I did not like this Target at first. 1 STAR. It took forever to bring out my drive up orders. They finished construction on a huge drive up parking lot recently. It’s so much quicker now. Good job Target. ~Kierra

Never ever stay open till 10 pm!! Never stocked and always locks customers inside and has to unlock doors to let us out. FIRE HAZARD!! Illegal in many ways ~cortney

Wouldn’t exchange a brand new pair of slides, said I had to come back at 10 am to speak to the “big boss”……. Thanks to Eric I just experienced the worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered was super rude and had no explanations for me other than “you can speak to the big boss in the morning”. I will still buy there products but will be shopping through Neimans or Nordstrom. Edited: Went back today was told the boss will be in Tuesday (its Thursday) very frustrating! To add insult to my time being wasted was greeted very rudely from Eric once again who told me I miss heard him (when he 100% said 10 am multiple times) as well as him being very stand-off ish and short with me. I’m starting to realize they only treat you like a costumer when shopping, beyond that your just a burden! ~Chance
