If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a couple items online they wouldn't let me return to the store. So this is how I review Versace in a whole. They stole 656.58 from me I returned some items and they failed to refund my money back to me so not only did they keep the refunded items they stole my money. I'm not rich I saved up my money and they stole it from me I work hard for that money.

Wouldn’t exchange a brand new pair of slides, said I had to come back at 10 am to speak to the “big boss”……. Thanks to Eric I just experienced the worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered was super rude and had no explanations for me other than “you can speak to the big boss in the morning”. I will still buy there products but will be shopping through Neimans or Nordstrom. Edited: Went back today was told the boss will be in Tuesday (its Thursday) very frustrating! To add insult to my time being wasted was greeted very rudely from Eric once again who told me I miss heard him (when he 100% said 10 am multiple times) as well as him being very stand-off ish and short with me. I’m starting to realize they only treat you like a costumer when shopping, beyond that your just a burden!

We didn’t end up buying anything here, but the guys working were absolutely fabulous. They know their products & aren’t pretentious about it either. The store is bright, happy, and their staff reflects that same sentiment.

Horrible experience. We received 2 gifts for Christmas from Versace and didn’t like them, so decided to exchange the products. Off the bat, he gave the impression that he didn’t want us to exchange the items; asking another associate what their time frame was for returns. Keep in mind. This was a GIFT. I can’t control when someone purchases a gift and decides to give it to me? Then, the manager stated that one of the items had “wear” and wouldn’t exchange it and stated “I know we wouldn’t sell a product like this”. I literally received the gift the day before we came into the store and only took the wallet out to look at it? Either way, my husband wasn’t having it and decided to accept store credit, instead of exchanging the gift right away. He was told that the person who purchased the gift had to be with him when he wants to use his store credit or only if the manager was there. WOW. Just wow. How inconvenient. I will literally never shop at Versace ever again. The only good thing Versace Northpark has is Mauricio.

Poor customer service, $700 Robe had poor stitching and threads coming loose everywhere. Refused to return the gift would only issue a store credit that of course can only be used in store. So in order to spend my money I have to go back in store and deal with poor customer service and a security guard who assumes everyone is stealing. Update. They are still rude. They had our information wrong in the system and told us what we were saying wasnt adding up. Then they remembered how to use a computer and apologized. At least they are consistently rude.

Sabrina was fabulous! She helped me book an appointment (which many “high-end” stores aren’t doing) communicated with me via text about which pieces interested me and had them waiting on me when I arrived for my appointment! Meeting her in person she was so bubbly and welcoming. I can’t tell you how much that meant. She assisted other clients shopping while still giving me 5 star service. I highly recommend shopping with her! She was next level professional. Kudos Sabrina

every time me and my boyfriend have come in here the sales associates are very passive aggressive and very unamused that they’re having to help us (when we actually get help) the only time we have ever been in and been helped by someone without an off putting attitude was an african american woman with long dreads and the manager that always wears versace (mostly has sunglasses on as well) who helped us order shoes from another store when they didn’t have them. we have been in the store at least 10 times and now almost dread even going because the sales associates are so incredibly rude, at the exception of the two i’ve mentioned.

Went there yesterday to return or exchange a gift that I didn’t like with my receipt! They refused to get the money back or do anything about it... why? Because it was purchased online...tall white dude said “oh our online policy is different from in store policy” huh? something that’s really valuable you cannot even exchange it at this store. The other staff were on their phones felt that they wanted me outta there...Dude was like oh you can refund it and money goes to recipient. So you want me to let the person that gave me the gift that I rejected it? Very clever. Thankful for Nordstrom that has an outstanding service vs Versace at Northpark mall.
