Like many of the other reviews state, this location has awful customer service. The lady “Deborah” who identified herself as the store manager was extremely rude to not only me (32 years old), but also to an elderly lady who checked out right before me. Listen Ms. Deborah, your days in management will be short with a horrific attitude like that! Model the way for your staff and lead by example. Probably why the store is mostly empty without many costumers. In an economy like this customer service goes a long way. Think wisely if you plan to keep this location going!

Customer service was excellent. I am always greeted when coming and going. They pay attention to my needs. My problem is with the merchandise. I have purchased $250 in bras and after wearing them once had to throw them in the trash. I have been fitted at several different stores to make sure I am buying the correct size. Walmart bras are better. Dont be fooled the the pretty designs they are cheaply made.

Rude and lazy as hell! Instead of explaining how to return a coat since they don't take them instore, she just kept saying "you have to return it online"! No direction and very poor customer service

I had a great shopping experience today thanks to the Ms. Yolanda and the rest of the staff at the Wheatland Towne Crossing location. Their customer service is A1! Plus, they have an excellent selection of clothing and accessories.

I understand that they are understaffed. But the rep was making each transaction Unnecessarily long with small talk that was quite frustrating. She even made a comment about how she was moving slow. Also the clothes in the store is not what I expected from the brand this is catered to older plus size women the and clothing is very loud. Very disappointed. Hopefully one day we will get a plus size store that had a good variety of patterns and making it to where plus-size women are dressed so unflattering.

I love this plus size women clothing store. I gives me a housewives of Atlanta vibe...lol but i found some really cute stuff!. Some items are for the more dramatic and/or bold statement. I personally am more plain Jane. I saw lingerie, tops, bottoms, purses, active wear, jewellery, coats, and more. I did NOT see any shoes there. This necklace matches some pants I wear to work.

Totally love this location!! I have been shopping there for years. I am now a runway model for Ashley Stewart & my modeling company (Jones Girls, Inc. Models had the opportunity to do a fashion show there! A big thumbs up to the entire sales associates & management!!
