Be aware when ordering a cake from superior market. I was very upset to find out that when I ordered custard filling in my granddaughter‘s birthday cake it was not custard. Superior market uses a vanilla flavored whip cream and tells their customers that it’s custard. That is FALSE ADVERTISING! They are charging you for something that you are not getting. For those who don’t know what custard is… It’s kind of like a thick vanilla pudding. NOT VANILLA WHIP CREAM. And then I don’t know who did it but one of them people back there stuck their finger or something in the cake, and didn’t say anything. They just handed me the box. Not cool. After standing there for I don’t know how long telling them how they are ripping their customers off by doing false advertising the manager finally gave me back some not all of my money. So if you want vanilla custard in any cake that you order, go somewhere else.

I want to site one to purchase some supplies . I approach an employee He became very belligerent and rude with me, And said I can look for my own supplies I didn't report them to one of the clerks there but not sure what really happened.

Honestly a hit or miss with this place. Have had chicken go bad in only a couple days but had exceptional deals with meat that lasted so I'd suggest to be wary of the chicken but the rest is golden

I don’t understand if there is ten cash registers ONLY FOUR OPEN and the four lines are all the way up the aisle why they wouldn’t OPEN another cash register. I also think they should get a few more people that do speak English. Thank you. Other than that I really love Superior Market, this is about the only market I go to when shopping groceries for the Women’s home I have and for myself with family, other than Smart and Final.

Manager Alejandro is as incompetent as only a very useless person can be. Our lane was at a standstill and instead of taking our lane that had been standing there for 20 min he takes people from a lane that was moving. When I asked him about this he said there was "nothing he could do." obviously you could do something, if you were able to help with the other lane.

People are really friendly and nice and are very helpful to help find whichever items I needed to find. When I go back home and visit this place the staff is always very helpful when it comes to a cake or the bakery area and also if you’re trying to get Chile verde meat or tamales. This place never disappoints when I visit back home the staff are very welcoming. Sometimes I do forget when I go back home, California there is a bag fee. Coming from Las Vegas I forget coming back home that fee is there. But a few cents doesn’t hurt. Definitely will come back when I visit back home.

Superior Grocers is where I go to grab all of my Mexican food and groceries. BUT, they always have the best prices on produce. For there for any good deals on staple fruits and vegetables no question. They also have an amazing selection of sweet breads like my grandma used to make and a taco place. Cannot say enough good things and the prices are what they should be.

The produce is very fresh at this location. The prices are fair, as well. One other bonus for shopping at Chino Superior Grocers is that Stand Up Taco is just inside the store. The food there is fantastic every time.
