Usually only 1 or 2 lines open during the week even when busy. Prices are decent if you find a sale. Staff could be friendlier at the registers.

terrible customer service had a simple question to be answered that the employees apparently didn't know the answer to. Then was put on hold for the vast majority of a 32min and 15 second call to call back several times and be immediately redirected to hold again. Once the manager finally picked up she denied I had been on hold for 30mins claiming she was helping another customer and answered my 2 second question.

Wanted fried chicken from deli, was very dissapointed. Got only legs and thighs intead of mixed chicken, it was burned and super greasy.

This store is typically well kept, however many times is out of stock. Many items are on lower shelfs which makes it hard to reach unless you're on your knees. It's hard to get help if you need it.

I hate leaving the store a bad review, but one of the managers by the name of Olivia needs some serious customer service skills. I sense that she hates her job and could care less about delivering adequate customer service. I downloaded the app in order to get the special on the cherries on Sunday evening. Waited in line for over 5 mins (no problem with that) only to find out that I needed an extra step to get the discount. Olivia could not be bothered to show me what the next step was so she suspended my order and told me that I would need to figure it out and get back in line. Really?? Luckily one of the customers overheard the conversation and offered to assist me, while shaking his head at the rudeness of Olivia. I then proceeded to get back in line, waited another over 5 mins but was then helped by a very nice young man. I believe his name was Oscar, he was very helpful and made the end of my shopping trip much better. This Olivia has a very bad attitude towards customers, maybe it’s time for her to retire.

The service here is absolutely horrible. I came here with my husband the other day and there was over 8 people in line with only one register open. I was such in a rush I had a busy day and there was many other workers there . I don't understand why there was only one register open when there is 3-4 workers just standing there not doing their job. I also was using a coupon and they accused me of just wanting to start problems when all I wanted to do was shop for me and my family. Get better costumer service.

Really they advertise Friday specials, and then don't have enough to supply for the demand. No Chicken they say, but yet in the case they have chicken and can't sell it under the special. The ALBERTSONS should demand more to keep the Loyal customers and new ones as well HAPPY. I wasn't went to POLLO LOCO instead spent my money their and was very HAPPY. And then no rain checks. Wow what a bummer.

April 21st 2022. Go into the store to get a few things. And really needed signature bread. I buy the one that's with grain and thin sliced. None of the shelf at all. Go to the customer service desk. No one there. But you would think since there's employees bagging right at that register area where the service desk is, that you would think somebody would have said something.Like, do you need help. No they just turn around and look at me and didn't say anything. And I'm not gonna run around the store looking for someone to help me. So I just went home and not bought anything else.

Good selection of items, friendly service, and clean facilities. Can't really ask more from a grocery store. The surrounding area is kinda sketchy though. Overall, it some of their prices can compete with other Superstores like Target and Walmart. I've giving it 4 stars because it needs an upgrade or remodel. Otherwise it's a safe ans resonable place to shop. Thank you for service!
