Bunch of jokers at this branch. They do have couple good employees. I think over all Wells Fargo is a joke. Chase and US Bank is better option. I am a business customer. I walked in and waiting for any banker to come and talk. Waited for 10 minutes. One of the banker (Asian Male) was chit chatting with female banker. He looked at me and ignored. Fudge that. I left and went across chase. Thank god I also have a account at Chase.

This location has a staffing shortage and a high turnover on employees so if you handle any transactions the manager, Patty will tell you that because they do not work there anymore she cannot vouch for anything said. So keep copies of everything or nothing can get accomplished at this location. Patty the manager throws her ex employees under the bus and does not want to give much effort in making customers happy and it reflects on this locations reviews. I called every hour on the hour to try to reach this location and was not able to do so until after 2:30 because Patty said she was late for work. Never have I ever had an issue with any Wells Fargo before like this. It almost feels like you're in a Sci-Fi channel movie. I've only been to this location three times to deposit checks and I've experienced the same type of situation every time and the same type of service all centered around this one manager Patty every time so sometimes it's not always the employees but the terrible management or lack thereof.

The Branch Manager (Val Lopez) was super unprofessional,don’t know how to support the customer and deposit check with high value . I don’t know why she even still working there . I am definitely going to close my account mainly because of poor performance on the branch

I went there today and they refused to cash a check. Gave them all the ID they asked for. They straight up racial profiled me! They were reported to The Wells Fargo corporate office today!

Bank tellers there are so nosey. They were asking me the source of the money, then asking me how I got my job. I was clearly uncomfortable with the questions, but he continued. I stoped taking and he was still asking! This is ridiculous. It happened almost every time I needed to cash a check. As a result, I took my account to Chase right across the street.

Wells Fargo account holder/customer +30 years. This is closest branch to home. Small, friendly, speedy. Nothing more you can ask for a branch. I prefer drive-up ATM versus walk-up.

I visited this location 3 times to open a coogan account. They were figuring out how to create it for hours. Wells fargo has the worst service in general.

A team highly unprofessional bankers working here. Rather than providing a solution to the problem they are always looking to sell you something. They never have a proper answer as to why the problem occured but they are always willing to sign you up for something new. I have a business account where i have problems with overdraft fees. The branch manager agreed that it was wrong but would not waive the charges. Instead he wanted me to get overdraft protection through a credit card. I told him i wont be approved because of all the overdraft charges he still ran the application with numbers he made up. Not only i was denied but the credit also took a hit because of all this. They are quick to sell you something to make money but when it comes to solving your problem they back out like they have no idea what's going on. HIGHLY UNETHICAL bankers including the manager leading from the front.
