I signed in at 11:17 but did not leave until 2:05. I understand you all were short-handed and had a doctor come from Compton to fill in. It turned out he was the only one at one point until another doctor came on. Everyone was super nice and helpful so 2 stars are for the wait time.

Very bad experience with Concentra. The Doctor only spent 5 minutes in the room with me. He never got a detailed history of my injury. He never asked me about what I was physically able to do and not do. He developed a whole list of work restrictions without ever going over them with me and explaining how he came up with them. It felt like he already knew what he was going to do with me before he even saw me. And it felt like I just fit into a cookie cutter mold. I definitely do not recommend this place.

The lack of communication and unwelcoming demeanor from the front desk is a horrible first impression. I had an appointment for a physical exam and drug test for a job application process at 1:00 pm and I arrived just over 20 minutes early. I stood at the front desk with only one other person for almost 5 minutes with no one saying anything to me, and then once I was helped they took the packet I was sent with and gave me paperwork to fill out. After completing the paperwork I went back and sat in the lobby until around 1:30 pm where I was told there was additional paperwork for me to fill out. I completed that paperwork and sat back down where I then saw person after person after person get called back before me no matter if they came in before or after me. At 2:10 I then had to ask what was taking so long and the receptionist went and checked where my file was and returned saying there was one screening ahead of me, mind you the individual came in after I did. I then sat for another 15 minutes before being called back. The only saving grace was the male nurse who assisted me in the back. Even the doctor came in towards the end and couldn't care less about me and asked more questions about the airport I'm applying to.

I went in for a pre employment drug screen and the place was easy to get to. The staff was great and polite, the place was clean and well enough kept despite the moderate foot traffic they surely get throughout the day and the whole process in and out 30 mins tops maybe slightly less... and sure the hell beats the probation office for sure...

Right off of Kimberly when you get off of Placentia ave. Apparently a few people been waiting already. Got here at 2:00pm with only 2 people in lobby. Waited 25 to be seen. Finished up at 3:53pm. Total of 2 hours. Did not seem like it would take this long but it did. It was for a physical test not sire of other test took as long. I did hear the guy up front mention that it was taking a while to see everyone.
