I went last Monday to take a DOT physical I had to see my doctor my blood pressure was a little high. So the nurse gave me some paperwork for my doctor to fill n return the document back so the nurse can issue me a DOT certification for a couple of months. I went back on Wednesday that week with my documents my doctor filled and the nurse said my DOT had expired? So she said the company I was applying for employment had to send another bar code for approval to have another physical it doesn't make an sense.

The wait was 2 hrs for a simple drug test there was not a lot of people in the waiting area also they didn’t let me know that they didn’t receive my email it took them like 30 minutes to notice. If they would have told me right away when I return the paperwork I would have send it faster but I wasn’t aware that they didn’t receive it.

The staff was very nice. Only issue I had is that they mix urgent care with regular services and take the urgent care people first. I waited almost 2 hours just to get a TB test for work that only took 2 mins to complete.

So, I arrived at 2:15pm to conduct a random DOT BAT alcohol test. While there was only 2 customers in line ahead of me, it took over 30min to check in. I was informed that there was approximately a 2-3 hour wait for services. To my surprise I was finished at 3:15pm. Seems as though I should have, could have been in and out in 30 min. 1 hour is better than 3 hours. I still had my regular dispatch to complete. Concentra folks maintained a positive and professional demeanor. Thank you

Subsequent visits were the same way with long waiting time in spite of my on time arrivals. The doctor misdiagnosed (no fractured bone) my injury at the first visit resulting in prolonged recovery time and continuous pain. He then changed his opinion at the second visit and instructed further MRI test etc. After thirteen days since the injury, I still have pains whenever I moved my left leg. I should have gone to the ER when I got injured to receive proper treatments like cast braces not mere supporters.

My experience was actually pretty smooth the young lady's that work do have alot their plate and it does tend to get really busy, despite the wait time I was treated really well Dr. GABY and his staff are awesome 👌🏽.

Danny was the medical professional who called me in to start the height and weight along with the endless of questions as to why I am here. Danny was completely professional and his bedside manner was on par with a regular doctors office, not what you would expect from reading these reviews. I will update once I have met with their doctor. 8/28/17 UPDATE; The entire front line staff are amazing! I have seen three doctors here and I have to say, two are great, one could use a career change...😉 Dr.Abdo has great bedside manner, knowledagble, professional and really cares about your health. I would highly recommend going in with an open mind and ignoring the negative reviews on here and YELP! Great company!!!

Danny was the medical professional who called me in to start the height and weight along with the endless of questions as to why I am here. Danny was completely professional and his bedside manner was on par with a regular doctors office, not what you would expect from reading these reviews. I will update once I have met with their doctor. 8/28/17 UPDATE; The entire front line staff are amazing! I have seen three doctors here and I have to say, two are great, one could use a career change...😉 Dr.Abdo has great bedside manner, knowledagble, professional and really cares about your health.
