I just want to express my gratitude for the branch manager Ken at this location. He not only went out of his way to help me get started on building credit but he also went out of his way to call and apologize for a confusing first conversation we had. Great customer service. Thanks Ken!

Super convenient spot. Always super busy but they move quick. I’ve utilized this branch for years. I appreciate the measures that they have made to protect customers during this Covid pandemic. I’ve been a member for years. I will for sure continue to use this location when I need. I highly recommend afcu.

I was just there on Thursday June 18 and I had the absolutely worst experience ever. I waited in like for about 25 minutes for a teller I saw that they were “following” the COVID-19 guide lines which I completely understand and didn’t mind the wait, finally after a long wait it is almost my turn to talk to the teller. I saw you have to pick up the phone to call the teller or else they are on speaker and EVERYONE can hear what you’re saying(even though speaking on phones I could still hear everyone around me) this was a big issue for me because I was going in there to report MORE fraudulent charges on my account even though over the phone they told me they had stopped all transactions. Anyways back to the phone issue I also noticed EVERYONE was touching the phones and most ppl were not wearing masks which is fine but THAT branch needs to provide Clorox wipes or something to clean the phones. I asked the girl that was the loan officers at the moment if she had anything to clean the phones with, she said no that she only Hand sanitizer , I was there for a total of 2 hours just waiting on a new card and someone that could help me change my pin. NEVER DID I SEE ANYONE SANITIZE THE PHONES OR THE AREA!!! I felt very uncomfortable being there with so much people around me and the only ones being protected was the employee and I guess screw the customer. I had no other choice but to step into the branch and get a card (according to them) BUT this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with AFCU I will not go into this branch again! And I think they need to be shut down if they are not willing to follow the health department guidelines! This is not acceptable not even the manager that was in the back ever tried to clean anything or spray the area. DO NOT GO INTO THIS BRANCH!!

Super understaffed! Stood in line for a hour with only 3 people in line. Loan officer didn't know what he was doing! A guy named Mario was speedy but that was it for good service. Horrible place for banking on a Saturday.

I DO NOT recommend getting a vehicle loan though America First. Firstly the online banking is horribly set up. I have been back and forth with customer service trying to figure out why the online banking will not let me log in for weeks. Customer service has given me no help whatsoever and simply states that they do not know what or why any problem happens. The biggest complaint is that I received a letter in the mail 1 month after I was approved for my loan at the dealership. The letter stated that they had reviewed my application for a loan and are denying my application based on my credit. I WAS ALREADY APPROVED AND HAD MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT TO MY CURRENT LOAN! When I called and asked customer service why I had received this letter and they shuffled me around on hold to different departments and eventually told me they simply did not know why I received that letter. I am constantly frustrated with the customer service, the online banking, and the lack of organization this credit union seems to have.

This blonde lady that was wearing pink (loan officer, didn't get her name) let a couple butt in that was doing an auto loan. Like, hello, pal. I've been standing here for over 20 minutes and you told me to hold on multiple times when you're finishing up your work. I don't care if you've started an auto loan with them before. I started a loan in-process, too, and I went in line just like everyone else. I waited patiently and I was empathetic towards your previous customer that was dim-witted that couldn't understand that he is negative on his band account. This was close to my home, so I went here. Never again.
