Arrived to the store 5 minutes before closing to pick up 2 peaches only to be told by Carlos the store was closed. I was unaware that Carlos night manager for ralphs 756 was able to change store hours. Either Carlos needs to be retrained or the store needs to stop posting its closing hours at 1. I drove from 10 miles away because the store claimed to be open. If Carlos is changing store hours , I wonder what else he's doing without corporate approval and knowledge. ~C

Had a great experience! It was my first time at this place, Gaby and Kayle at the front desk were super friendly and had great customer service, Gaby took the time to explain all my options and guided me thru the process. It was my birthday today I went to get an ice cream and they denied me my ice cream because they said my ID was expired. Seriously though??? I walked all the way there just to get this ice cream only to be told I should have thought about having my ID renewed for my free ice cream months ahead of time.. Seriously??? ~Jayme

I signed in at 11:17 but did not leave until 2:05. I understand you all were short-handed and had a doctor come from Compton to fill in. It turned out he was the only one at one point until another doctor came on. Everyone was super nice and helpful so 2 stars are for the wait time. ~Portia

Bunch of jokers at this branch. They do have couple good employees. I think over all Wells Fargo is a joke. Chase and US Bank is better option. I am a business customer. I walked in and waiting for any banker to come and talk. Waited for 10 minutes. One of the banker (Asian Male) was chit chatting with female banker. He looked at me and ignored. Fudge that. I left and went across chase. Thank god I also have a account at Chase. ~victor

Went here and I loved the place. owner is great really nice lot of variety of food and went to get meat at the Carnecería and it was so fresh really recommend also the guy that works at the Carnecería Is really nice totally recommend ~Deysy

So professional. Competent and communicative. Was able to have a variety of problems fixed here all in one stop! Motor mount, brakes, oil pressure issue, radiator hose. Super friendly. Took photos of every issue too. Free ride to work too. GREAT family owned business. They made the whole process easy, smooth, and transparent. ~Allison

The people here are very nice and affordable. The owner took me to work in the morning when I dropped my truck off and I came back to a brand new car. The engine was steam cleaned, the interior was detailed and the outside was buffed for an extremely excellent price. I needed a little extra cleaning on a particular part and they were very nice about me bringing it back. They tightened some hoses for me as well. Very very pleased and will be coming back again ~Teresa
