I am very disappointed with Peloton. I had such high hopes for this company and really wanted to like them. My salesperson at Northpark was great when dealing with us, but I cannot say the same about anything else. They delivered my bike and treadmill one day, and the bike was completely wobbly and the treadmill would not even turn on. Also the pedal broke off when cycling with minimal use (the person on it was 125 pounds) and I had to buy a replacement and screw the new one in. I called the company, and after 1.5 hours on the phone with them, they finally agreed to bring a replacement treadmill 2 weeks later on November 19. When that date came, the delivery guys took the top portion of the treadmill off and there it was. The wiring was cut and frayed, and covered up with electric tape. The previous delivery guys either knew it was broken, or did it on purpose and continued to set it up knowing it would never work, and that we would have to call for a replacement. When the second set of delivery guys came, they replaced the top portion of our treadmill only, and left the old bottom part. When I spoke with Peloton on the phone afterwards, they said that they were supposed to replace the entire treadmill, not only half of it. Afterwards when they set it up, they left and I proceeded to attempt to install the program and continue. When I followed the instructions on the screen, I noticed that both panels on the side of the treadmill were coming off and was missing a screw, and that the belt was not aligned. I called Peloton once again to get the delivery guys to come back and they said they would come in 30 minutes but never returned. After spending thousands on these machines, and being on the phone for hours just to receive basic customer service, I’ve decided that I’m returning all of my Peloton products. I would not wish this stressful situation on anyone.

Absolutely horrific experience. Got delivered not one, but two faulty products. The delivery was an absolute scam. Delivery men intentionally cut wires on my treadmill and wasn’t given a new treadmill, just parts that didn’t work anyways! Bike was unstable and pedals broke off with barely any use. Delivery men refused to fix my bike and told me to do it myself.Customer service reps were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was so excited to start working out with these products but due to my faulty products I was never able to do so. PLEASE do not purchase from this company!

We had a wonderful experience here at Peloton in Northpark Center! Mark was extremely knowledgeable about all things Peloton and he helped us make the best decision for our family. He spent a lot of time with us showing us the different equipment and letting us try them all out, all without pressure or making us feel rushed. We ended up purchasing the treadmill and the Guide strength training system and we can’t wait to get started. Very happy with our experience here at Northpark with Mark!

I went to the Peloton store in Northpark for help after having a less than ideal delivery experience the day before with my bike+. Brittany was extremely helpful not only fixing my cleats, but also giving me tips to have a smoother ride and overall workout. She definitely improved my experience with Peloton and is an asset to the company.

CJ did a great job helping my husband and I understand all of the options Peloton has to offer. He was patient with us and took extra time helping my husband with the shoes. CJ even helped us figure out how to get our Peloton delivered early. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly smooth transaction today at Peloton with the help of kind and cheerful employee Brittany and her upbeat tattooed partner (Didn’t catch his name, but love his energy!) I knew exactly what I wanted and the order was seamless. I wasn’t pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t want, no slimy sales pitch. Both employees were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and made great recommendations that were thoughtfully tailored to my needs. I even asked how many of the workouts required resistance bands and the gentleman went out of his way to get the information. Also, get a peloton! The rent program that they have right now makes this decision affordable and incredibly easy. Cheaper than the gym membership, all the options, and you never have to leave your house. You’d be crazy not to!

CJ was awesome!! When I first came to learn more about peloton, I let him know that I wouldn’t be buying that day. That didn’t bother him at all. He walked me through the the options and packages and helped find the right fit. Fast forward a couple months and I sent him an email to say I was ready to move forward. In less than 30 minutes, I’d made my purchase and scheduled delivery. He even remembered my sons name!! Super personable, knowledgeable and zero pressure sales.

So far I am very happy with my decision to purchase a Peleton. It's mainly because Brittany took the time to tell me everything I needed to know. She was super friendly and was patient with my mom and I. Then the delivery was super fast! It was delivered in two days! Terrance and Josh were efficient, carefully set up my bike, and helped me adjust it for my size. Great overall experience!
