I normally don't do this but today I had to. I cashed plenty of checks before and have always got a horrible bad attitude from the people who are helping me as a customer. Well today I entered this place to cash my check and immediately was greeted as soon as I entered While cashing my check she had a great positive attitude a bubbly personality and kept me intact With what was going on with cashing my check she took the proper steps to make sure that my check wasn't a fraudulent check she called the person who gave it to me to verify it and the amount. Thank you Abrianna for such wonderful customer service Ace Cash check needs to hire more people like you

I would have to say being part of the customer service industry it’s become hard to come across others with excellent customer service but Virginia at Ace has gone above and beyond with all my times I have gone into the store she never fails to make me or any other customer feel as she was just doing a job I can honestly say she takes pride in what she does and for that reason this is the only ACE I do business at again Thank you Virginia keep up the good work

At the store the girl was really nice and she made the experience pleasant and easy. ** they have a horrible website which has nothing to do with my in person experience. But I still can't finish my application online because the website never works...and those applications can no be done in person... but the the in person was amazing
