I'm very please to have gone to America's Best! At walk in I was pleasantly greeted right away. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I only had to wait a few minutes before getting called to do my eye exam. The assistant who did the test was very good at explaining the procedure and the doctor was good at examining my eyes and then tell me everything looked fine was such a relief. But the trophy goes to Jasmine! who afterwards took good care of me when I was having issues with my insurance and had to have them on the phone for a good while. She understood my cituation and helped me and picked just the right frames for me. Kept me at my budget while resolving getting me the discounts and was very patient and friendly to talk to. Overall had a good experience and plan to get my glasses there from now on..:)

I have been going to America's best in Davie located in the Tower Shops for years and never had a problem. I just brought two pairs of glasses there to be fixed; one pair I did not purchase there. The two women who waited on me were wonderful. She not only fixed the glasses, there WAS NO CHARGE. I was astonished. I will definitely be going back there.

I went to renew my eye club and get contacts. I ended up, too, with a great pair of new glasses. Jasmin was very patient and helpful. She was efficient, friendly and informative. The whole team was pleasant and they were very accommodating. I've been going to this location for many years and they always do a great job.

Very good service. The doctor was very nice and approachable. The associate at the front her name is Jasmin was very nice and thorough with her explanation, very patient with me as it was my first time ever wearing glasses. She helped me pick my glasses and knew exactly what fit my face and made nice suggestions on styles of frames. I was very happy with the service overall

I had only good experiences here! Last year I got my contacts they gave me many samples until I found the perfect match, they even taught me how to use them. I came back this year for glasses and they were ready very fast! Very happy with their service ;)

Had the best experience at this location since my last visit. Of course my go to optician (JASMIN) was beyond amazing and helpful with the glasses selection. She took her time with explaining all the right products that best fit my needs, she has amazing reviews. I advise go see Jasmin if you want the best optical experience.
