With a family filled with bad eyesight, I have been through my fair share of optometrists, but let me tell you how this was the best by far! Immediate attentive service by Cynthia at the front desk; Daniel the technician; Lori the optometrist/Dr; and best by far, the manager Daniel Reyes!We came in for my sons first and second contact appointment, and never have I seen such a patient and caring person. Putting his personal life on hold to wait for my son to feel comfortable and to get it right, and coaching him the whole way through! We will absolutely be back!! Thank you, America's Best, Boca!!!

Scam and bait and switch, We have been going to America’s Best since they opened this location. We never had an issue. This year we took our son and it was new staff there. The woman we dealt with Cynthia was just awful and wouldn’t listen to us. We told them we wanted to do the free eye exam and 2 glasses for $69.95. They way over charged us. They charged our insurance for the eye exam even though we said we didn’t want to go through the insurance as the glasses then were over $250. She then told us it still would be $165 because they didn’t have glasses for my son at the $69.95 price. She didn’t tell us the glasses should have anti glare on them and the glasses are so awful my son can’t see out of them. We called corporate three times already and they keep saying a manager will call us and no one has called us. They have completely lost our business. The $20 glasses I bought him this summer online were much much better.I am so upset and angry over this. I literally just threw $165 in the toilet.
