I brought this eyeglass frame from Capri,Italy to have a prescription lens with transition fitted on it. And they told me that it will take 1 month for the transition lens to be done and that’s fine with me. 1 month had passed and my glasses were still not ready, but I did not mind it because I was not in a hurry.Then it took them 6 weeks to finish my glasses and I finally received a text to pick up my glasses; to my surprise the eyeglass was not even transitioning when I was outside. I did not had time to go back because I will be flying to Milan,Italy that afternoon,I just called them and they told me to bring the eyeglass back when I arrived back in the USA. When I brought it back an associate attended me her name was “Isha” if I heared her name right. She was nice to me at first,but as our conversation goes deeper about my glasses she was trying to imposed that I was lying and brought a different glasses.(for goodness sake!I would not waste my dignity for doing that!) I remained calm until another associate helped her and they used a magnifying lens to inspect the serial number of the eyeglass if it matches with their record and so it did and that’s after almost 45 minutes. My point is have your associate have a proper customer service training because what she did to me by really pushing that I was lying and brought a different eyeglass was very rude! I will not earn anything if I do that. I am a first time customer of LensCrafter Tampa,Florida and that will be my last!

Mario was great! Always excellent service at Lenscrafters at Westshore Plaza. I always feel very well treated there and have been a customer there for over 18 years. They are honest, professional and will always try to find the least expensive option to fit your needs.

Recently bot three fuzzy, double vision, unusable pair of glasses at this store. No idea why - maybe all the lab techs quit, maybe they were trying a new manufacturing process, maybe they just decided to mess with me. For whatever reason, i had a bad experience and do NOT recommend this store. If you wonder how i feel about this, take out 1000.00 and set it on fire. How’s that feel?

The whole staff was very pleasant and efficient and I was impressed by the use of the latest technology. Dr. Than was caring and thorough and Ariel found the perfect pair of glasses for me on the first try!

Update This is an update after your response. Are you kidding me? You didn't read my review. I said Ariel was awful and I have an overcharge on my credit card account that neither Ariel (Mgr) nor Assistant Manager can help me with. They are clueless and apparently you are too. You guys are a total mess. Maybe I will charge back all $800 of my purchase....then maybe you will pay attention to your customer, your errors and your awful store managment.. Initial Review 5-STARS for Laura! 0-STARS for the rest. I've been a customer of this LenCrafters for well over 20 years. There is truly a 5-STAR lady named Laura who works at this location, and she is nothing short of fabulous. She is so attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and very pleasant to be around. You leave feeling so well taken care of. You arrive hoping she is going to be there to help you. She has sold both my son and myself multiple pairs of glasses through the years. The rest of the store personnel is very disappointing and that includes the manager Ariel. I have an issue arising from a 6/24 visit and again today 7/19 visit (Laura was not working either day) when I was in to exchange and pickup glass. Ariel "helped" me on 6/24 and the Assistant Manager "helped" me on 7/19. I now have to try to deal with corporate to straighten out my receipt as I believe I was over charged by Ariel. I was told they are just the "middlemen" and it's just whatever the register comes up with. Are you kidding me? They can't determine if my receipt is correct or incorrect. They are going to email "accounting". What a disaster! I will never go to this store again unless Laura is working.

Went in for a new pair of glasses and was greeted with friendly faces and very knowledgeable staff. Left with two pairs! Definitely will be back for future purchases. 10/10 recommend.

Scheduling my appointment was easy with Lens Crafters. Dr Vicky Than was helpful. Ariel was amazing salesperson very helpful, very professional and friendly. Definitely answered all my questions and concerns. Prices were reasonable.

My son had a last minute eye dr. appointment as his last pair of contacts were ripped and this location was the ONLY available with appointments . NONETHELESS ... I went in with him to West Shore Mall because I wasn't sure how long he would be. While waiting ... I asked if I could please use the rest room .... and she flat said the nearest one was at the food court . Which wasn't close for a person with no toes and handicap to walk .... I repeated myself politely if they had one in here. No ... my son is a paying customer ... and they have NO RESTROOM ???? Where do you use the bathroom ??? I think its very ignorant and unprofessional to NOT have restroom for your customers . Make them walk a good five minutes to nearest bathroom in the food court .... what if I had the kakas ???? Not impressed and certainly would NOT recommend coming .... did I mention ... the lady wasn't even polite .... maybe cause I have tattoos I scared her .... LOL.
