Chase was very helpful during my last visit here. The brand of vitamins I was looking for was sold out at the time but Chase was able to help with a custom order that would send the vitamins to my house, with free shipping. The prices are competitive and much more affordable this nearby vitamin stores.

Prices are reasonable, especially their own brand herbals & vitamins & supplements. If you prefer shopping online, you'll find more discounts, they ship free or you can pickup at your local VS store. When there is a BOGO sale going online to order seems better to me, as I've had the experience of low stock on certain popular items.

I started my experience great. I walked in and asked the gentleman at the counter for information on one of the supplements. He wasn't familiar with it so he looked it up for me. After looking around, I found what I needed and went to stand in line. There was a gentleman in line wanting to correct his information in their system. I looked at the surrounding products to give him a few minutes then stood in line again. The guy behind the counter called for the other employee in the back and she never came out to assist me. After another 5 minutes of waiting, he called back again and no assistance. All I wanted to do was buy my 2 lifeaid drinks and go. It was a simple transaction that could have been taken care of if he would have had another store employee that came out onto the floor or if he simply told the gentleman to hold on a second and moved to the other register to ring me up. I was ignored for another few minutes and so was another gentleman that came in to buy his products. We both stood in line longer and I got fed up and left. As I was walking out, the gentleman behind the counter finally acknowledged me and said "have a nice day". That was kind but he lost business that day. Usually, I would give them 4 stars, but that experience really rubbed me the wrong way.

I like this vitamin store. Lots of selection and decent pricing. Occasionally there will be a good sale or even BOGO. However, the center is crowded and the traffic in and out sucks on a good day and is unbearable at peak times. Adding a Stonefire Grill here will only make it worse.

My husband and I shop there weekly. The manager, Michael, is extremely helpful and always has a smile to share. All the personnel are very friendly, professional and ready to help.
