I had a five star experience working with the phenomenal team at Lafontaine Lansing today! Zac N. Not only came in on his day off to facilitate a family deal but he also partnered with Eric. S, who did some paperwork magic along with car knowledge 101, and Cardell the master behind the plan working numbers. They kept me entertained while spending the day waiting for the final signature. They were kind, non judgmental and supported me the whole way. They were definitely Team Amy today! What a way to make my day! Andrea is the best sales agent that we have ever been to. She kept me informed with all current sales. Touched based to make sure she knew of certain options I was interested in and cared about what color I would drive. The experience was nothing less than the best......I was in and out within an hour with a brand new Terrain. She prepped all docs and had my insurance all changed over before I even got there.. Proud owner of a 2019 GMC Terrain thanks to Eric Sudall! What an awesome dealer to work with! As soon as we contacted him with interest in a Terrain, he sent me several deferent vehicles with different price points before I even went in to see him so I was prepared with vehicles I wanted to look at. He was able to give us recourses over text and was so helpful along the way. Any questions or requests we had he was able to follow through on. First off, let me start be saying Eric was a great sales person and this review is in no way a reflection of him. He worked hard to try and get my business. He was professional, honest and was willing to go the extra mile for me. Keep up the good work Eric. I was working with him on purchasing a Yukon Denali for almost 60K. Negotiations were going back and forth and told him I needed a few more days to get the funds and that I would be in touch by the end of the week to finalize the deal. I made it very clear that was the car I wanted and I was ready to move forward in a few days. It took me a few extra days to find a decent interest rate and move some money around. With this economy and rising prices, I wanted to make sure everything was in line. A couple days later, I get a voicemail around 7/8pm from their finance manager Pat. He stated that I had an hour to call him back to claim the vehicle because another dealership on the east side of the state has purchased it and that it was being picked up the very next morning. I wasn't sure if this was a pressure tactic or a misunderstanding. I called Eric the very next day to express my frustration and confusion for this voicemail. Eric had no knowledge this was happening which frustrated me even more because I made it pretty clear that I was making arrangements to purchase it. On top of that, the dealership did nothing to make it right. Not even an apology. I can no longer recommend this dealership to anyone after this bad customer experience.

Eric is awesome! I went in to look at a 2007 Silverado. Eric quickly assisted me and set me up a test drive. While driving around, Eric was very knowledgeable and friendly. I already knew he was a great salesman since we bought my wife’s car from him a few years back. Great service, patience, and laughs. Thank you, Eric!

Eric is a chill, cool dude. I came to the Lansing location looking for a 17 Enclave and they had just sold the one I saw! Eric helped me find another one and that Buick was in Ann Arbor. A driver was supposed to pick it up to bring it to Lansing for me to test drive. The driver never got it and Eric told me he would drive to Ann Arbor to get the vehicle himself if he had to. That he did. Eric went out of his way for me to get the Buick I wanted and even stayed passed closing hours to sell it to me. I appreciated that. Thanks again, Eric. Go see Eric. He will hook you up!
